The Laughlin River Lodge was a nice hotel/casino. The room overlooked the Colorado River and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. My husband and I slept very well. The facility has a well stocked general store with good coffee. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We took in a couple of games of bowling at the hotel’s bowling alley. We had snacks at the hotel and most food is cooked in an air fryer. There is one restaurant with a New Orleans brand, but we didn’t visit it. The pool was not in service during our stay which is why I placed the overall stay at a 9. I would have enjoyed the pool. My son and I did take advantage of the hotel’s exclusive beach shore on the Colorado River. There were palm trees and big woven covering umbrella-like shade. The river was beautiful and I swam in it. Overall this was a very nice stay. We will stay here again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were unexpectedly surprised with a room with a magnificent view of the river! For the price that we paid it was an amazing surprise because it was so cheap for the view that we got! The bed was super comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms were also very clean and they were very accommodating with extra towels when asked. Such a great experience for such a cheap price!

Everything was wonderful so this is just a little bit nit-picky and more so my own preference but the AC didn't work the BEST. My husband said it was nice and cool but I do prefer my hotel rooms to be colder, but again it was still a very very minor part of the stay and barely put a damper on the trip!

The staff were very nice. I received a room upgrade upon arrival, not sure why. The upgrade I believe was mainly the room was bigger and it faced the riverside. I have stayed at Laughlin River Lodge, so I already knew what to expect. I always enjoy staying here when I visit Laughlin.

More of an inconvenience, they don't have anymore cash out machines, so you have to go to the bar and cash out your casino ticket. This is only inconvenient if the bartender is busy. Which I went on a non-busy night. The room was clean, however the bathroom tub was a little dirty still.

The property was decent. The deluxe room we got seemed newly upgraded from a regular deluxe room. We even got a goody bag upon check in. We had an ironing board and iron which worked very well; that was really nice. The staff was SO amazing. Every staff memeber that we encountered was helpful and very friendly! Best part of the stay for sure!

The room was VERY dusty. Had to run a washcloth over every surface. Nothing else was dirty though, so it was just as if the room is rarely used. The curtains in our room weren’t the regular hotel blackout curtains so we had to ask for extra sheets to put over the window to help dim the light pouring in. No ice on the floor. Have to call and ask for ice.

Friendly staff. Cheap or free alcoholic beverages depending on if you gambled. The general store makes it convenient to purchase a wide selection of snacks, souvenirs, beverages, and much more. The rooms were pretty clean. The hotel has a private beach on the river that is mostly sandy providing a nice way to cool off in the desert heat. A water taxi is available to take you to other casinos and hotels up and down river ($5 a person each ride)

The restaurants here need some work. Each restaurant is missing supplies (ex. cheese, onions, cilantro) and many of the options on the menu haven't been available to purchase for quite some time, so an update is in order. The main restaurant Big Horn Cafe, was closed recently. That was a really good restaurant which I believe was one of the main reasons people stayed at the hotel because it provided good quality food selections compared to the kitchens at the multiple bars.

I loved the location. The value was good. I was given a fridge to use in my room as I had an injectable. I needed to keep it cold for my diabetes.

No ice machines, and you are limited to 1 small bucket per day per room. Next time, I'll make sure I select a room that has a fridge as I thought they all came with a fridge.They could update the curtains in the room. They were not all connected on the rod or placed correctly. The TV could be put on top of the dresser as it was too low to see it laying in bed. I don't think they vacuum the rooms as there were crumbs on the carpet before we unpacked anything. The shampoo was only 1/3 full. I'm not sure if it was used, and just put it back in the basket.

The hotel manager was extremely nice and professional. We loved the private beach and the Bowling alley/diner with the small kids playroom.

The pool was closed. The strike bowl diner could use more items on the food menu and a better kitchen. We still loved it. Just wish there was more. Also we were disappointed that there was no buffet or sit down restaurants.

I always stay at River Lodge and enjoy my time there. Their casino offers the most variety with 3 additional mini casino areas within the main casino. I love the bowling ally and The Big Horn Cafe has the best food.

They need a better way to watch TV in the room. Not sure whether they have cable or satellite, but either way it needs to be upgraded. The viewing only offers a few channels and 2 of the channels were not working properly (CNN no sound and MTV2 was frozen).

I loved the view! Also liked that I was put into a newly renovated room. I went down to get breakfast at the Bighorn Cafe and it was a lot. It only cost me 5$. It was great that I had a microwave and a fridge in my room. The general store had everything I could need!

There were only 15 channels besides a few news channels. Also, I would've had to call to get ice or to get a hair dryer. By that time, I wasn't dressed to call for the hair dryer, so I just let it dry. I really needed lotion but I had to go to the general store to buy some. Last thing was that there was no plug by the bed to charge my phone so I had to pull the lamp on the table closer to charge it.

No resort fees . My rooms air conditioning was not working , they swiftly upgraded me to a room with a river view , a Smart tv , refrigerator , & microwave with no additional cost .

Seemed under staffed , many of the employees doing the best they can as the only person in their shift , whether as a housekeeper, utility tech , bartender , etc .
