Central location near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The property is older but well maintained and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Many homeless and drug addicted people in the area. It’s not the best part of town, but it’s walkable and feels mostly safe during the day. I was awakened at 2:00 a.m. one morning to loud music and shouting in the parking lot.

The location was convenient, the price reasonable, and it was relatively quiet. I had a bad encounter with a guest who came out of his room and yelled at me when I did nothing wrong. I reported the incident to the staff person on duty.

The curtains in the room didn't completely overlap for complete covering of the window. The pool and spa need repainting as they have badly peeled and are unattractive. The water looked clean, though.

Our room was very quiet, and the amenities worked perfectly for our weekend trip. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We had a good stay. We ate the first day we arrived but skipped the next 2 days because food was taking too long and not exactly flavorful.

For the price, it was a good deal. We'd likely come back when in AZ again. The property could use some updates. However, our room and stay was pleasant.

floor was a littledirty, wish they had breakfast all the time . but only on friday-sunday. that part was great . the rest they had ceral,wafffles & juices,toast-jelly& fruit

The breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was helpful and respectful. The room was clean and had a good variety of cable programs. Also, the shower had good water pressure.

The building was a little dated and the steps could be refreshed. It was kind of worn out in some areas.

We had blood in the sheets and the general Mgr was not accommodating..she act like she didn't care and she didn't even apologize for the sheets having blood she says i can only give u 20 percent off..and personally i think the room should of been free

the room was nice and clean they brought us clean towels and when i ask for coffee packs they gave them to us i like that we had a good size room .

i dont like that other people smoke there cigs and pot right by there room and we get it inside of our rooms or there all sitting out side working on there cars and drinking and being loud, the only thing i didnt like was the doggie aera was nasty cause people werent picking up after there pets and grass was not taking care of and alot of trash beer cans and bottles and trash,

Great location. Easy in and out. Some breakfast provided.

Management could add a little more variety to the breakfast, like the previous management did around three years ago or so, without incurring higher expenses.

Mattress was great I liked the nightlight under the hair dryer I liked the hair dryer I liked the couch I liked the curtains.

The refrigerator sliding around while I tried to open it was annoying. I was unhappy with the bugs in the bathroom.

This is a "motel" style hotel. You can park directly in front of the unit. Worked great for us. This basic unit comes with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A continental breakfast is also served.

A bit noisy. The whole hotel was completely for the Labor Day weekend.
