Clean room. Comfortable bed. Just right for the night. The manager was very helpful. In the first room we had, the AC was only blowing hot air. We were moved quickly to a nearby one where it worked well.

The minor inconvenience of having to change rooms. It turned out that a wire for the thermostat had come loose. It was fixed before we left the next morning.

Bed linens we're updated.

Parking is 1st come 1st serve and staff was parked in front of rooms. I had to park all the way down the row from my room, I was traveling alone, no one to help me with 2 big bags so that parking space in front of room would have been nice.

Traveling with 9 people and 4 dogs was CRAZY! We were all tired and arriving at different times. The mgr and his wife were so sweet - they even turned the lights on in the rooms. It wasn’t the ritz but it was exactly what we needed !! My

Good location for a one-night sleep on the way to or from Grand Canyon. Several dinning options nearby. Good value for the money you pay.

Shower cabin at the bathroom should be renovated as it was covered with stone.

The rooms were very warm even with the air con on. But that was the only gripe.

Just before traveling into the desert, I was very happy to stay at this hotel to revitalize. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to restaurants and gas stations

Everything worked and bed was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and kind. What more can you ask of a motel in Needles? I would definitely stay again.

The area was good nice and quiet. The location was good many fast food restaurants nearby.

The restroom needs some work to it . Although the whole room can use a little update .
