Communication on when my security deposit would be great it's been 6 days now and it has Not been returned to my account.

Check-in and Check-out was easy. Finding the room was easy. The bathroom was clean and it had its accessories (hair dryer, coffee maker, extra toilet paper, and tissue box. The beds were comfortable, sheets smelled clean we had enough pillows. I requested a river view room and the view was great, specially at dawn. Great vacation time.

The elevator in the parking lot felt like I was going to go through it. I didn't realize I could have ordered a mini fridge. Limited TV channels specially for kids. The arcade room for kids was small and didn't have a lot after a while they were bored. Need more games

The water pressure and temperature of shower in our room was phenomenal! I told my husband we should stay another night, just so we could experience the shower again. Lol The bed and pillows were very comfy,too. Of all the lodging that is available in Laughlin, we always come back to the Edgewater. The hot tub as always, was very relaxing.

The restaurants choices are limited for our own personal tastes. Other than that, we'll be back!

We were very pleased to check in very smoothly.

As we were checking out I wasn't aware we were to use the kiosk. As I was rudely told as the male was checking in a couple, he looked at me and said, " can't you read, you check out the kiosk"!. As I continued to stand in line, due to both kiosks were not registering the ID when you placed it in its designated location. As I stood there without any acknowledgement. ( 20 mins) I walked to a Female walking the floor of she could please assist me since I was being ignored and I really needed to head out. I thanked her and left.

We liked having the restaurants in the hotel. It was very convenient not having to travel around finding a place to eat. The convenience of having a person to deliver our luggage to our room was great and they were a friendly staff. Edgewater is very clean and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens and we enjoyed the river view. We highly recommend and will definitely plan another trip.

A small refrigerator and microwave in the room would have been nice to have for extra water and making tea.

Room was clean and the beds are confortable and clean, I have the pool view and it was nice to see and enjoy the sun it comes from the window. Nice place, the casino is good and pink donuts is a plus.

I just didn't like the weather, next time I will choose another month to visit and enjoy the river.

The parking garage was fairly close to the facility and hotel check in was present and close as we entered. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. The view was great.

I realized when I got on the road after check out that I left a charging unit in the room, plugged in with my cell charger lightening cord attached. This was not just a “block” it was a unit that plugs into an outlet with outlets on it and usb ports on it. I knew I forgot it but was planning on going back next month so I called to see if they could find my property I accidentally left behind. They took my info and called me back several hours later to explain my port and cord was not present BUT they found a pr of black basketball shorts. Those were my bfs he accidentally left as well. But no charge port/cord. I feel like no one bothers to call in regarding a cell charger so perhaps housekeeping just keeps them? Disappointed in this fact but overall, stay was good.

I like that it wasn’t crowded

I didn’t like the staff at the black jack tables well only one particular person he was being super rude to my husband and he was nice to me but once he realized I was his wife he started being rude to me as well everyone on the table started to notice too and asked us if we felt discriminated by this person and they started to tell him what was his problem, idk but he’s weird. Idk what his role is he’s probably the supervisor there on the floor for live tables he’s a bigger bald guy in a suit.

The Edge is a decent place to stay if you are traveling through Laughlin. No-frills folks. The Edge has seen better days but the casino floor is decent enough and not too big to navigate. There is a non-smoking section of the casino and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Sign up for rewards and they bug you forever, but offer free rooms once a quarter.

We are satisfied with our stay at the Edge.

My stay there is always nice I've stayed there many times.

I was charged a smoking fee when I don't smoke at all. I called and was told I had to deal with a 3rd party and was given no information on a 3rd party. The room smelled funny when I arrived but because I was tired I didn't make a big deal of it. I'll never stay at this property again.
