Big Room with plenty of room to move about. Kitchen was well appointed with Cooktop Range, Refer, Keurig & Microwave. Dishware & Utensils in the cabinets!!!! Elevator & ICE machine close by. 2 Good Size TVs Shower had great water pressure & was steaming Hot. Room was toasty....Great Heating.

Lighting was all connected in each room. Could not get Ambient Lighting except by Table lamp in Living Room. Heat Light & noisy Fan in Bathroom. No way to just turn on a Light in Bathroom. Toilet was low to ground Pillows were mushy...not great neck support.

Loved the space of the room we got and appreciated all of the space and storage for our things! The Hot water was quick in the shower and lasted long! Loved the breakfast, many options and all flavorful! & the beds were extremely comfortable!

The room had an extremely strong odor of smoke :( had to buy fabreeze to help mask the smell; but didn’t help much. The microwave was also very old and didn’t spin (it did warm up the cup of noodles I was making) but it took much longer than usual.

Location, fair quality linens, good breakfast, check out lady good, useful ice machine, pool towels and pool

Check in lady not so good, dusty wardrobe, over crowded breakfast room- needs a spruce up, not offered ground floor room even though could see limping, no train view available on request

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature of the water was wonderful - not too hot! Not too cold! Breakfast was hot, there was plenty of choice, and enough sitting area.

We used the jacuzzi everyday that we stayed. It was wonderful! There was a problem with the temperature but the management took care of it. An extra towel for the pool area would be super. Thanks for everything.

The room was clean, there was shampoo and body wash in the large disperser's in the shower, however, no hair conditioner - completely empty - couldn't get one drop out of it. Bed was comfortable, and luckily they had an ice machine on the second floor for ice.

I am handicapped and we were told upon checking in (reserved room on line), that we would have to climb "about 10 stairs because they were remodeling and the elevator was down". It was 15 stairs!! It was difficult for me to get up those stairs. I chose to stay in the room and not leave for dinner or breakfast so that I would not have to climb up or down the stairs after the first trip up! My husband went out and picked up dinner, and the following morning he went and picked up McDonalds and brought back to the room so I wouldn't have to use the stairs. Not sure if elevators are out because of the remodeling going on or not.

Good location and easy to get to

Lack of parking. Areas blocked off. The breakfast could have been better. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. The gravy was thin and not thick enough to cover the hard biscuits. The breakfast room was extremely loud with children yelling at the top of their lungs. Some people were rude pushing you out of their way.

I was meant to make it to the Grand Canyon but got a flat and had to find a hotel in Kingman last minute for me and my dog. This place was great and very accommodating to both me and my dog.

It was more expensive then I was hoping to spend but worth it as a last minute place that also accepted dogs.

Very clean and the breakfast was really one of the better ones out there. All staff that I came in contact with were very friendly, especially the guy working the breakfast. I couldn’t believe how quiet the room was, I slept really good 😊

Price I thought was a little high. My door was messed up and I had to push my whole weight to open the door

our room was preety big, and as I understood it was for customers with disabilities, but we enjoyed the room for 1 night, it was quite, bed was clean & comfortable (but the floor was dirty)

The best breakfast buffet of all the Best Westerns we've stayed at! Was excited to discover the spa pool - it was lovely and hot in winter and nice that it's enclosed so you're not exposed to the cold air. We only stayed for a night as passing through but had a fantastic time.
