The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There needs to be additional parking available. On my second night's stay, I left the hotel in the early evening to get something to eat. On my return, the keycard was not working to enter the side door of the bldg. It was inadvertently deactivated. I used that card and that door the night prior and had no problem. I believe the keycard system needs to be changed or upgraded by La Quinta Wyndham's corporate owners. It can be a safety issue when you are not able to enter the bldg near the back of the bldg where some of the parking is located. I had to walk from that area all the way to the entrance at night and get the keycard reactivated so that it would work to open my room door. I am an older woman traveling alone, so safety is a priority for me.

Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking. Breakfast was in a pretty sitting room and there were a lot of food choices. Very easy check in and check out. There is a small snack shop next to the reception desk, which is open 24 hours and also has ice cream and microwavable foods. Very nice to know that there are snacks within the building. We also had a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, which was awesome!

The lighting in our room was not bright enough. There was no overhead light in the center of the room, which is okay, but only a desk lamp, a lamp between the 2 beds and one floor lamp. There was a bright ceiling light in the kitchenette area, so that helped. This is about all I can think of to complain about.

Always friendly staff, clean, quiet. Breakfast is always good. I love staying here very close to my mom skilled nursing home when I come visit I stay here.

This was the first time in the handicap bottom room back left. Very stuffy, I did not like the 2 windows 1 on each side. I thought it would be easier for my husband because he is handicapped. We didn't like the coffee maker on the dresser, there is enough space by the door to put a little stand.

The hotel looked like brand new although it was not ( I checked with the Frontdesk). The bed was the best and most comfortable. The shower was a delight. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety like Greek yogurt in bulk, quinoa porridge, fresh fruit salad, make your own waffles plus the regular eggs, meat, biscuit and gravy. The pool and jacuzzi indoors were much appreciated after a long ride through the Mohave Desert.

Shampoo, conditioner and soap were largely provided but there was no body cream. That would be a plus.

Clean and modern hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. A couple of bowls of fruit (apple, banana, orange) laid out to take when wanted.

the lifts (elevators) seemed slow to arrive for just 4 floors to serve, only 3 if you don't include one I'm standing on and there are two of them. Shower head was on the entrance side. I'd prefer to enter from the far end towards the water not walk through it. What if I don't want to get my hair wet.

Loved that the room had a small fridge,microwave, small coffee maker but most of all it had 2 TV’s and was spacious for my dad to walk with his walker.

That I had to wait to go to my room to get decaf Coffee ( my body cannot tolerate caffeine) . One of the big coffee maker downstairs had the orange handle, but it just dispensed hot water. There was hot water already being offered in the breakfast bar.

Checkout is at 11 but at 10:50 someone kept knocking on the door non-stop disregarding me repeatedly asking him to wait a few mins while I close the suitcases. At 11:01 sharp reception called stating I am now past the check-out time and need to leave. I left the room at about 11:05 but it just felt like I was being kicked out. Yes the rules are the rules but you’re in the hospitality business and sometimes giving the guest 5 mins goes a long way.

This hotel is very conveniently located just a half mile from 1-40 with a wide variety of food choices within a walkable distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was relatively quiet. They serve a nice hot breakfast with waffles and toppings including strawberry compote, warm syrup, even sprinkles. They also serve muffins, yogurt with your choice in an assortment of dried fruits and nuts for toppings, cereal, oatmeal, quinoa, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, and sausage. I will say however, they do not serve bacon which I found unconventional. Great staff and housekeeping does come by daily unless requested otherwise.

The WiFi is terrible. Awful, actually. I was here on business and while I’m away from home I prefer to get a lot of work done while I’m away on business. Unfortunately, that was a difficult task with my lack of cell service and essentially unusable wifi. I wasn’t able to use my phone most of the time much less get work done on my laptop. They also do not provide lotion like most hotels so make sure to pack your own.

I have stayed at La Quintas many, many times over the years I have been traveling, as they were the first hotel chain that happily accepted pets. I stayed in at least 5 of them on this trip alone. While they all have similar amenities, La Quinta in Kingman was the best I La Quinta I have ever stayed in. My biggest complaint with the beds is that they are always way too mushy and uncomfortable. Well, this hotel had great mattresses. While all of them have sufficient places to walk the dogs, the Kingman hotel has a very clean dog walking area which doesn't smell and is very convenient to the pet friendly rooms. Usually, the pet friendly rooms have a little pet odor, but this room had none of it. The breakfast was pretty standard for La Quinta. Nothing fancy, but plenty of options for different diets. The front desk personnel were great. I give this La Quinta 5 stars.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, which is something I never say.

The room was spotlessly clean, very modern, branded toiletries - shampoo, conditioner and shower wash. The bed was so comfy and had two queen size beds. The breakfast was buffet style but had cereals,bagels, yoghurts,fruit and waffle machines. Also there was a 24 hour coffee station we were suffering with jet lag and were wide awake at 3am so it was nice to be able to make a tea and coffee.

Nothing everything was perfect. Loved our staff. Highly recommend the hotel chain.
