The Arena Guesthouse offers very decent accommodation, no frills and no surprises, really good value for money in an excellent location for those looking to ski/snowboard ('ski-in, ski-out access' seems a tiny bit exaggerated if you want to nitpick, but it's a 5' walk to the lifts). Good breakfast as well.

The WiFi. Not the most important thing in the world, though in a place like Flims - a mountain village but not exactly off the beaten path - you would expect to be able to watch a YouTube video at 360p in your hotel room, or basically just surf without pages taking half a minute to load.

Arena Guesthouse included a good breakfast and it was served early enough to let you be first in the lift in the morning. The location of Arena Guest house is probably one of the best in Flims. A short walk to both Foppa lift and Flims-Plaun giving great access to the mountain. We never used the relax-area at the hotel, but we checked it out and it was really well equipped with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc. The breakfast area is open in the evenings and have a nice corner with sofas for relaxing after the skiday or before dinner. Here it is also possible to eat take-away food if you prefer that vs. going to one of the many restaurants close by. In the Lodge part of the hotel there´s two nice bars which can be accessed from a tunnel between the buildings.

Rooms are quite small, you got all you need, but do not expect a luxury feel. Interior is traditional and functional.

The room was small and cozy. Had plenty of storage space from a large wardrobe (coat hangers provided) to 1 or 2 bedside draws Strong wifi Fantastic bar loved the atmosphere and the overall decor that is in the Arena Lodge in which you go to pick up your keys to your room. There is a sign on the front door of the Guesthouse to let you know that the Lodge is where reception is. The building is directly across the road with the names painted on the building. GO TO ARENA LODGE FIRST TO GET YOUR ROOM KEY AS THAT IS WHERE RECEPTION IS. There is a tunnel that links both ARENA Lodge and Guesthouse. The food was top notch! Less than a 5 min walk to/from bus stop and Flims ski slope. Food, shops etc all walking distance. Town was very quiet Staff was very friendly and informative LAAX App I would recommend downloading during your stay. Keep track on how many vertical meters you have done, where you went, unlock achievments that give points and can claim rewards. Fun competition with friends, purchase food and tickets to name afew things. Great views Great decor very cozy also downstairs where you walk in. Nice breakfast that had a nice variety. Free tea and coffee Sauna (Usually closed during quieter periods but can ask to open) Parking Friendly Locals Cloak room for ski's, snowboards and boots

The room was spacious and sunny, had a cute balcony with a view of the mountains. The location is excellent, 3min walk from Arena Express ski lift. Beds and pillows are comfy. You can use the coffee/hot water machine 24/7 and prepare snack or sandwich in the kitchen area. Grocery store is very close. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an underground garage. The bathroom cosmetics are really nice, there are even ear plugs in the room! Breakfast is basic, but fresh and tasty.

There was only one socket in the room that was usable with a converter. The bathroom is quite outdated (but still v. clean, including the shower curtain). The ski room is in need of some fixing. These were just minor things though and overall we had a great stay.

Breakfast was good. Location was superb for me since I was heading to Pinut and the bus stop was just steps away. The Laxx rental shop is also just across the road. Very convenient.

If you're a light sleeper, you should ask for a room that is away from the breakfast area. The room I had was on the 2nd floor and just above the breakfast area which can be noisy for some people.

This hotel was a pleasant suprise and great value for the money. The location is perfect, there is ample free parking, the breakfast had different options and we liked the lounge areas in both hotels. We also had a little balcony with a great view. It was perfect.

It is an older hotel and somewhat in need of updating but it is very clean and for the price well worth it.

Great location. Really close to the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas clean. Adequate breakfast with varied options. Really great having 24/7 to the coffee machine in the dining area.

Decor a little tired and the elevator stopped working on the second day and did not get repaired before we checked out. A bit inconvenient when leaving hauling luggage down the stairs. Shower water pressure could have been better.

What you see is what you get. Completely met my expectations. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, easy to access. It ticks all the boxes for an efficient overnight stay.

Rooms are dated, TV system is super slow and channels available are limited. My advice, get a book and lose yourself in that rather than hope for a movie.

Great location near to lifts and the centre of Flims. Family rooms with mezzanine floor for the kids is a great set-up.
