I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Lviv or if you just need to get away for a few days. They have a playground for kids, reasonable prices (including for early arrival), a delicious buffet breakfast, a wonderful restaurant, a little lake, walking paths, and benches and gazebos that look out on the lake. They have a private meeting room for small groups and larger facilities if you want to have more people meet together. The rooms have air conditioning, and they have a generator when there are power outages. I plan to stay here again!! In addition, an ATB is located right next door if you need anything additional (like ice cream)!

It would be helpful to have a spare roll of toilet paper in the rooms.

This is the perfect hotel not far from Lviv. Clean and spacious rooms, very good quality furniture and bathroom. Excellent food in the hotel restaurant, the range and quality of dishes are very pleasing. I would also like to note the very professional, friendly and helpful hotel staff, the administrator is at a very high level. An excellent place for a one-night stop on the way or for a long vacation.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds. The staff very great. There is a playground on the property, which proved very useful with two little kids. Would recommend to families.

We asked for the crib to be removed from our cottage (our 3 year old did not want to stay in there). That was never done. And when we had to move due to overbooking (from the cottage to the family suite) the crib was set up again taking up precious room in the smaller space.

The hotel is located in perfect place if you need a transit stay for 1 night as we did. It has a beautiful territory with lake and ducks, playground for children, small square which is perfect for a walk or for barbecue if you stay longer. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfy. Great service. And super cool thing that you can take your breakfast in a box with you if you leave before breakfast time. A lot of space for car parking in the territory. There are two fuel stations (OKKO, Amic) right near the hotel which is nice if you travel by car. There is also ATB supermarket right nearby.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and professional staff, very nice breakfast. The perfect place to visit Lviv, straight drive into the city-center as well as Lviv surroundings. Easy to reach. The perfect spot to meet for business as well as leisure.

There is no issues at the property, it is our stay every time in Lviv for the last three years. Convenient parking, tasty and big variety food, good rooms even if you take a child with you — there are lots of space to walk with.

Very nice cotage with own parking. Great facilities, good BF. Very good restrunt. Comfortable teritory. Very responsive staf, if you need anything you get it in 2-5 minutes. Will defenetly stay again and recomend to all. Good location. Just out of Lviv not far from big Shoping malls.

The breakfast buffet was a little bit meager. I stay at this hotel frequently and the restaurant is outstanding, but the breakfast is generally a bit sparse.

Everything. Staff helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to help. We arrived late , food was still available. Early departure and takeaway breakfast done. Would never stay anywhere else in Lviv.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Rooms are clean. It was warm in the room and generator worked while power was off. Restaurant is very good and breakfast is wonderful. Also there is a Luxwash car wash very close as well as ATB grocery if you need more food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can also order food right from room if needed. My favorite hotel in Lviv area.
