Very convenient location, walking distance to the city center. The person outside helped carry our luggage and showed us a parking spot, which was very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of delicious options. The people who prepared breakfast always made sure nothing ran out and was in stock. Rooms were a good size, and the king bed was very big and comfortable, which is a rare find. The elevator was great. Toiletries were fantastic. We also got bath robes and slippers. Front desk staff was nice and helpful, and they made sure we had everything for our stay. The hotel is very clean. Will come back and recommend it to anyone!

I was really surprised because I just wanted to stay in a hotel not far from the national museum but Chopin was far better than what I expected. We can start from the assistance that I got from the doorman in parking my car and continue with the girl in the reception that were delighted to help speaking fluent English. The room was large and amazing , I felt like a member of the royal family and the bath.. you should try it to believe. The breakfast was just as expected from a top hotel in Ukraine, it means awesome. It was a wonderful place and wonderful stay. Thank you Chopin

Prices in the local resturant were a bit to high

The bedroom and sitting room were very comfortable and very peaceful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and pleasing, in a room with a great view of the palace next door. The building was lovely and in a great location - central and easy for walking around looking at things and for some enjoyable restaurants. We asked for some laundry to be done and it came back to us the same day. The reception staff were always very helpful.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was good.

The room is marvelous, spacy, window gives you nice view, shower works with decent water pressure, bathroom is clean, safe works, bed is wide, clean and cozy. And when I say cozy, I mean I slept like a baby. The minibar is also a nice thing and the sofa? To be honest, while scrolling on my phone, one evening I Just fell asleep on it, as it was soft and nice. Breakfast bar has wonderful Uzvar, tasty scrambled eggs and other food and staff is always helpful.

Wi-Fi didn't work all the time through the night, so I couldn't watch a movie one night on the wide TV in bedroom, but that's ok. Also, the cards for the room sometimes didn't work properly, but I was able to get help at the reception, so fine after all, but I feel I should mention this. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for help,they're great!

Good breakfast, excellent location, helpful personnel. The bathroom is very clean, you have everything you need.

The rooms on the last floor are without windows... So when booking, try to avoid booking them. Also, the guy who helps to park the cars...not sure what he is doing there, but he doesn't even help to open heavy doors to guests when their hands are with luggage.

Very nice property and huge room. Comfortable bde and bathroom. Very good location and close to all tourist sites.

Had half board as package. Breakfast was good but dinner was offered with very limited menu options and was different than regular restaurant menu. Was little disappointing for half board choices and would not recommend.

Excellent breakfast with stunning view, perfect location, enormous bed, ability to reserve a parking slot, an iron and an ironing board were also available in the room which is nice

WiFi wasn't secured by password so remote work might be a bit risky, there were no hygienic shower or bidet, there no way to buy more movies on megogo service

Location is great - quiet centre of the city. The room is a bit on the small side, but with great view on Potocki palace courtyard. Bathrobes, slippers and even an iron with an ironing board were included. Since it s small, few to no people in the corridors and at breakfast.

Limited access to the power sockets near the beds. Smallish window (but it is probably due to the room on the mansard floor).

The breakfast was good every day, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is close to good restaurants and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd visit to the Chopin Hotel will stay again when I come back to Lviv

Very charming and comfortable hotel in a beautiful Art Deco building on a quiet square in the center of Lviv at walking distance from the market square. The hotel is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with a lot of attention for details. Staff is super friendly and made us feel at home. The price is very reasonable for this standard, highly recommended.
