Breakfast was really good and tasty. Location of the hotel is perfect and it’s easy to commute to the all important places.

Maybe take a look at the bathroom doors as it was a bit hard to close them sometimes

The hotel is ideally located in the very centre of the city. The staff is very attentive, immediately responding to all requests. I would like to pay special attention to the presence in the hotel shelter (basement room for breakfast, which has coffee, water, meta for comfortable waiting and toilet). And also there were simply wonderful breakfasts, standard set + hot dishes, which were different every day.

The design was a little surprising to me at first, but it didn't interfere with our stay in any way.

I really enjoyed the location, convenient to eat nearby, nice and friendly staff, the opera is close. Bright room and small balcony available. All the shower things are in place, a bottle of water. Free water during check out.

There was a blood spot on the bed sheets that I noticed only the next day. I know that check in is at 14:00, I was hoping to get it early , I even suggested to pay extra. Unfortunately all rooms were occupied and I had to sit in their restaurant, work and wait until it was ready - it was inconvenient. Next time I will be searching for a place where check in is way early.

Hotel is quite well-maintained, it's very close to city center, you can reach it on foot. Wifi was free and working well. Breakfast was good. There's an elevator. Girls on the reception very friendly.

Parking on the street, if you find a place. The building itself is some kind of industrial. It's a lot of beton interior and dark in the corridors, so this looks not very cozy in the corridor, but the room itself looks decent. Breakfast is in the basement. With open window room is quite noisy, but for me was OK.

Had some issues due to a human error. I extended my stay for the second day in a row, but somehow it wasn’t booked and other guests were already on the way. I was asked to check out, which was uncomfortable and very stressful. I was far away and busy at the time, but once I returned, we found a solution. They arranged a room for me in a nearby building and covered the cost. In the end, the bad experience was resolved, and I can now fully recommend this place. Good value for the price.

Comfortable hotel, a large, well-lit room. The only drawback were the thick pipes in the room integrated into the interior, but this was not a real inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent, included traditional options and also a porridge which is very attractive for people who are used for hearty breakfasts like we do in Ukraine :) A large TV, comfortable working table, a good bed.

The location is somewhat questionable - between two sex shops and a gambling studio. But it is like a hidden gem inside! Also I feel that with the constant blackouts that may put the lift out of order it may be hard to take the luggage up and down.

Excellent breakfast with lots of selections including several different egg dishes, vegetables, and sweet pastries, among other items. The hotel's location is perfect and within a very short walking distance to most major locations in the Old Town area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and I rarely remember hearing the neighbors. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Lviv.

Very central, comfortable rooms, helpful staff with decent English. Functional, but nicer than other "functional" hotels.

Be aware that the hotel is located right above some loud bars. Curfew means everything shuts down by around 23.30, but if you want to keep your window open until then, you will be hearing the sounds of the city if your room faces the street.

Hotel is located directly in the center of Lviv, about 3 Minutes to walk to the opera. Breakfast is included, thats awesome! The staff is outstandingly welcoming and kind, they are all pretty young which is great for young travellers. They speak a fairly good english which is pretty rare in Eastern Europe! The room is spacious enough and so is the bathroom. Bed is really comfortable and I was glad that there were enough power sockets.

A small table (or just a shelf etc.) in the bathroom would be great, the surface of the washbasin was not big enough for my amenities. Sadly the water pressure of the shower and the water tap was very low, I don‘t know if it is standard in Ukraine but it just took a bit longer for everything.
