This question is easy. EVERYTHING! From the location (could not be more convenient and central), to the extraordinary staff (could not be more efficient, helpful, and kind), to the apartment itself, which had everything you could need. Seriously, I'm a picky traveler. I LOVED this place, and will return this summer. Thank you to all you amazing staff who were just a delight to be around for 9 days. You guys rock. xo

THIS, is the hard question. If I have to come up with something, (and it's just a personal thing), I do like to have a safe in the room. There is probably one at the front desk (I didn't bother asking), but that is the only thing I can think of.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in central Lviv! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. We arrived early after a long journey, and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which was a huge relief. The room had an amazing view, and I could tell that every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great selection of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lviv. Highly recommend!

All was perfect

We are super happy to have chosen this property, especially because of the 24/7 desk. We were not sure what time at night we would arrive from Poland. The receptionist opened the door after 10pm, helped to carry the suitcase. With electricity cuts, this hotel is the best place to stay, as they have their own generator for power. When the entire Lviv was out of power, we could shower, wash the clothes in the washing machine. Very practical. The breakfasts are very delicious. Our three children loved the property. It is also very spacious, clean, offers house shoes, towels, shampoo, gel, etc. Very friendly staff. Nothing like on AirBnB apartments. Loved it.

The place is absolutely perfect. I will choose them again and again in Lviv if possible. First of all - the location. Right in the city center, a block from the Opera House, but you don't here any street noise. The rooms have everything you can possibly need - a fridge, TV, a washing machine (you can ask for a detergent and heated drying rack from the reception), water, everything. The breakfast is actually tasty - you have a choice of savory and sweet dishes, and a tea or coffee. I tried both options and both are delicious. They also have their own shelter in the basement, which is extremely important these days in Ukraine. The staff is always smiley, polite, and helpful with whatever you need. Literally nothing bad I could say about this place. (Not sponsored - I stayed there twice already).

Location is wonderful, just one block from the Lviv National Opera in the central area. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. My room was spotless and had everything I could have wanted! Overall a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend!!

Very good location of hotel. It's right in the middle of the city center. All historical sites, governmental institutions, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English. Fast internet. I was granted access to storage for an extra day. Had no problems with payments and extra requests. It was very easy to find my way to air raid bomb shelter.

Mind hotel is from the 3rd to 6th floors inside of the shopping mall so you will have to use stairs or elevator which goes only to 5th floor max.

It was well located, with easy access that was exclusive to residents after a certain time. The staff at reception were always present, friendly, and willing to help. They even mailed back an item of clothing I forgot for me! They offer multiple keys for couples (never seen this before) which is super nice, and a great included breakfast if you go for this package.

I loved the hotel and service in general. The location was perfect - right downtown close to train and bus station for future travel. Amenities at the room were amazing. WiFi works perfectly, no deposit required, breakfasts were great and service of the hotel - polite, respectful. Completely satisfied!

Everything was top-notch

Stuff attitude was brilliant. We had late bus (came at 1am) and still there was a person to meet and settle us. All were friendly and caring Room had all necessary kitchenware, microwave even washing machine. Tiny little things like shoe sponge, cotton discs, etc were also there.
