This question is easy. EVERYTHING! From the location (could not be more convenient and central), to the extraordinary staff (could not be more efficient, helpful, and kind), to the apartment itself, which had everything you could need. Seriously, I'm a picky traveler. I LOVED this place, and will return this summer. Thank you to all you amazing staff who were just a delight to be around for 9 days. You guys rock. xo

THIS, is the hard question. If I have to come up with something, (and it's just a personal thing), I do like to have a safe in the room. There is probably one at the front desk (I didn't bother asking), but that is the only thing I can think of.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in central Lviv! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. We arrived early after a long journey, and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which was a huge relief. The room had an amazing view, and I could tell that every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great selection of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lviv. Highly recommend!

All was perfect

I booked a room remotely for my parents, and the hotel was incredibly helpful — they provided me with a payment link and made arrangements for a late check-in, as my parents were arriving in Lviv very late at night. At my request, they prepared two separate beds. My parents were able to check in at around 2 a.m., going straight to the reception. They had already received all the details and instructions over the phone, along with a phone number they could call at any time, day or night. We were very pleased with the experience and truly appreciate the wonderful service. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

As with all my stays over the years here, the staff have been excellent. With a late check in of 23.00 I expected a more than troublesome time - but the staff were oin hand on the dot to allow entry and make the process a breeze. All in all there is a reason why I choose OPHA when I stay in Lviv, it is such a good place to stay. The staff, rooms and location are all excellent and always meets my expectation.

Really enjoyed my stay here, room had balcony with amazing views over park area and opera house. Reception is on 5th floor with shopping arcade on ground floor, access is very easy with key fob though. Very friendly lady on reception who explained everything and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was also very good, lots of different options to choose from. Location is ideal being only a few minutes walk to center and lots of restaurants, also walkable to train station.

We are super happy to have chosen this property, especially because of the 24/7 desk. We were not sure what time at night we would arrive from Poland. The receptionist opened the door after 10pm, helped to carry the suitcase. With electricity cuts, this hotel is the best place to stay, as they have their own generator for power. When the entire Lviv was out of power, we could shower, wash the clothes in the washing machine. Very practical. The breakfasts are very delicious. Our three children loved the property. It is also very spacious, clean, offers house shoes, towels, shampoo, gel, etc. Very friendly staff. Nothing like on AirBnB apartments. Loved it.

The place is absolutely perfect. I will choose them again and again in Lviv if possible. First of all - the location. Right in the city center, a block from the Opera House, but you don't here any street noise. The rooms have everything you can possibly need - a fridge, TV, a washing machine (you can ask for a detergent and heated drying rack from the reception), water, everything. The breakfast is actually tasty - you have a choice of savory and sweet dishes, and a tea or coffee. I tried both options and both are delicious. They also have their own shelter in the basement, which is extremely important these days in Ukraine. The staff is always smiley, polite, and helpful with whatever you need. Literally nothing bad I could say about this place. (Not sponsored - I stayed there twice already).

Location is wonderful, just one block from the Lviv National Opera in the central area. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. My room was spotless and had everything I could have wanted! Overall a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend!!

Without a doubt the best place I’ve stayed in Ukraine. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms came with everything (and more) of one would need. I’ll like to especially thank the amazing young lady at the reception with short blonde hair and glasses for the fantastic hospitality. 10/10 would stay again when I’m back in Lviv.

The location and value for money is excellent! Also the staff were extremely helpful and nice, our every request was fulfilled within a minute! What we also really appreciated is that we could leave our luggage there for a whole day and even change before our night train.

It was a bit hot in the bedroom because the AC is located in the main room
