Hotel has very good facilities and great rooms. Spa zone beautiful and good working.

Since it was not the first stay can say that experience was little worse in several criteria. Spa zone is totally perfect but was too much people. Holiday season probably caused that but way much more difficult to relax with lot of people and kids around. I ordered one and a half hours massage which included half an hour laying down on bed wrapped in scrub. It should be described better in English because didn’t pay for laying down half an hour. Little bit didn’t like administrator communication on arrival. Honestly, in 5* hotel staff should communicate more professionally.

The booking com service, I had to postpone my arrival, and used booking forms, I pointed out that I had late arrival and tried to contact the hotel using phone number pointed on the booking website, no answer. I was surprised when by the arrival I found out that my booking was canceled as not fulfilled, meanwhile I got confirmation from booking.The hotel handled it pretty well.

Highest level of service with most helpful staff, amazing SPA facilities, the hotel is very clean throughout and they serve absolutely delicious breakfast. Couldn’t have chosen better place to stay in Lviv. Located right in the centre with a short walk to an array of very good restaurants, bistros and cafes

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Everything was amazing at this hotel, but I just separately pay tribute to the staff. We used to have quite some difficulties during our stay and were amazed to see how people took our challenges seriously and did their utmost to assist and solve the issue. In addition, it was really noticeable how much aligned different services are - reception, spa, restaurant, security. Everyone is on the same page on whatever happens and your requests are addressed immediately. Will definitely get back to Grand Hotel Lviv

Loved the location, great breakfast and wonderful spa. All staff were very helpful.

Room was a little bit small but understandable for the city centre. No bath in the bathroom - only shower. But this not a big deal due to the wonderful spa!!

Breakfast was OK because I really didn’t eat there but once.

Check out was a slow process as the room charges were not ready at check out. On a tight schedule, we left the hotel with some charges , not found. Got a text and email for a link that lead to a payment web site all in Ukrainian. Little work but got paid up before the train hit Krakow! Need to have a card on file so check outs go smoother.

Everything 😁. The room was so incredibly comfortable. I had the most fab view of the square. And it was such a quiet room too. The bathroom facilities in the room were like my own private spa. I simply cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It is excellent and the location is also excellent.

Restaurant should be "Diamond or Sapphire" Rated! Located in The Heart of L'viv's Cultural and Historical District. Everything only a few minutes walk away. Staff is Professional and very helpful. Spa and Gym is the very best for L'viv, WiFi, Mini-Bar, Snacks, Kettle, Awesome Casino!

Some electrical outlets we're not functioning, television constantly turning itself on, A/C Air distribution issues, Elevator doors are very slow to open (be patient). No shower doors or curtains. Dangerous slip and trip hazards in bathroom. Parking can be an issue.

The location could not be better. The Centre of Ukraine is magical in the evenings. The outside is gorgeous. The inside is picturesque. The pool and spa is phenomenal. The property has a shelter and is soundproof as far as I can tell. But above all, it was the staff. The people here make staying here feel like you are with your family at home. I booked here 4 times in 2 weeks and will every time I am in the Lviv Region.
