I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

Location is amazing, staff is super friendly and keen to assist on every need. Food is also spot on, would really recommend this hotel whilst in Lviv! And always Glory to the Heroes of Ukraine

Our room had the door letting some light on at night and was close to the staircase so it was quite cold and lightly all night

Hotel has very good facilities and great rooms. Spa zone beautiful and good working.

Since it was not the first stay can say that experience was little worse in several criteria. Spa zone is totally perfect but was too much people. Holiday season probably caused that but way much more difficult to relax with lot of people and kids around. I ordered one and a half hours massage which included half an hour laying down on bed wrapped in scrub. It should be described better in English because didn’t pay for laying down half an hour. Little bit didn’t like administrator communication on arrival. Honestly, in 5* hotel staff should communicate more professionally.

The booking com service, I had to postpone my arrival, and used booking forms, I pointed out that I had late arrival and tried to contact the hotel using phone number pointed on the booking website, no answer. I was surprised when by the arrival I found out that my booking was canceled as not fulfilled, meanwhile I got confirmation from booking.The hotel handled it pretty well.

Highest level of service with most helpful staff, amazing SPA facilities, the hotel is very clean throughout and they serve absolutely delicious breakfast. Couldn’t have chosen better place to stay in Lviv. Located right in the centre with a short walk to an array of very good restaurants, bistros and cafes

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Loved the location, great breakfast and wonderful spa. All staff were very helpful.

Room was a little bit small but understandable for the city centre. No bath in the bathroom - only shower. But this not a big deal due to the wonderful spa!!

Everything was amazing at this hotel, but I just separately pay tribute to the staff. We used to have quite some difficulties during our stay and were amazed to see how people took our challenges seriously and did their utmost to assist and solve the issue. In addition, it was really noticeable how much aligned different services are - reception, spa, restaurant, security. Everyone is on the same page on whatever happens and your requests are addressed immediately. Will definitely get back to Grand Hotel Lviv
