The location is fantastic — super central with beautiful views from the room. The rooms themselves are modern, comfortable, and well-designed. The overall service across the hotel (apart from the restaurant) was excellent; everyone was friendly and professional, and it’s clear the team is doing a great job.

The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve had in any hotel. The options were very limited, with no vegan choices at all, and even a simple request like lactose-free milk came at an extra cost. One staff member at breakfast was particularly rude — she was dismissive, talked over me, and didn’t address me directly when answering questions. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I liked almost everything. Small but comfortable room with a view of the city, on a high floor. Well-stuffed mini bar, ample selection of towels, comfy bed. Perfect location in the city downtown, close to many restaurants, landmarks and an Opera theater. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel, easy and quick check-in and check-out.

The thermostat was not working. It constantly showed +28C and never produced any cool air. I ended up opening the window during the night. Everything else was perfect.

The location is wonderful, next to the opera house and 2 minutes from the Rynok Square. The view from the restaurant is panoramic, as promised. From my room on the fifth floor, you could also see the tower of the Town Hall and the Latin Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are nicely designed. Fancy breakfast with poached eggs, and they serve it until 11!

One evening, there was a problem with my door lock's battery: it was empty, the key card didn't open the door anymore, and I had to wait quite long before it was fixed.

Great location, directly across the Opera, everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The restaurant where you also have the breakfast has a great view of the Opera and parks. Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. No issues with electricity/hot water and heating even during war conditions and regular electricity cuts. Very friendly and professional personnel, every single one (receptionists, security, restaurant employees, cleaners).

Big room with enough space, huge table to place anything, comfy beds, welcoming staff and very good breakfast with a great view. The location is ultimately the best as hotel is in the center of the city and old town is simply across the road.

During the first night, it was cold in the room and I set up a thermostat to 24 degrees but in the morning I checked it was 19 degrees in the room (end of December). The staff at reception said that in order to activate the heating, the valve on the radiator should be adjusted, which I was not told during check-in. An additional plus for the staff helping with it, I asked to adjust the temperature and left for the meeting in the city, when I came back in the evening - the temperature in the room was just perfect!

Beautiful Hotel on the main street in Lviv, directly opposite the Opera House with lovely fountains in front. Ideally situated for walking to the ancient Rynok Square, all the shops and main tourist spots. Loads of restaurants nearby, shops, ATM machines, so all you need. Despite the ongoing war in Ukraine the Hotel runs efficiently, spotlessly clean throughout, excellent, friendly staff who speak good English, and my room with large with a lovely shower, great wifi, a TV with many channels and everything so clean. Also worth noting the Hotel has it's own generator and bomb shelter if the need arises. A taxi to the main station will take around 20 minutes for the sum of just £5.00 ($6). Can't wait to stay again. Thank you.

The breakfast was lovely with an amazing view. I would go there again. And I would recommend it to my friends. Besides, we've met interesting people there.

The room was a little cold . And the heater warmed the room only in the morning. Also, we didn't have extra pillows, but we called the reception and asked for them and we've got them)

The breakfast is served on the top floor of the building, which can be said panoramic. The big part of the central location can be seen from here and many rooftops of the area. The bonus was that the hotel had its own electric generators and had power 24/7 when other properties did not, due to the ongoing power outages caused by the war. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.

Our car was ticketed due to lack of parking space. For the defence of the hotel, the reception did warn us not to park nearby hotel and instead find another place further afield.

Everything is great at this hotel from check in to room and breakfast. Staff are excellent, rooms very clean and situated in an ideal location with the theatre across the road. Lviv is a great city to visit and get around with plenty to see.

Hi there. I definitely recommend this fancy hotel with good staff, great location, delicious breakfasts, oysters, dinners. The restaurant has a great view of the rooftops of Lviv and the Opera House. The rooms, which overlook the courtyard, are quiet.
