Excellent location, huge room comfort 401, huge bed, mattresses and bed linen of good quality. There is a set of cosmetics, umbrella, safe, iron, kettle and water in the room. The room was really quiet with the windows closed, even considering that the windows overlook the courtyard well.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Poor quality coffee, 4 types of sliced ​​sausage, 2 types of cheese, vegetables, muesli. And they offer a choice of ONE dish from the main dishes and desserts)))). The second and subsequent ones can be ordered for an additional fee from 150 to 250 hryvnia. In my opinion, if a 4-star hotel writes that breakfast is included, then it is very strange that only 1 dish is included. Also, the door to the bathroom looks like someone knocked it down, but this does not affect the quality of rest. In terms of quality and price, which Booking gives, this is a good option.

I have been to this hotel more than once - in Comfort and Luxe rooms. If you need and want to sleep in silence, then this is the place for you. The girls at the reception are ready to help with any issue. They packed breakfast for you upon request. Wonderful huge rooms and beds, clean linen and towels.

A small note - the hotel description says there is a bath in the junior suite, but the bath is only available in the suite category.

Well located, though keep in mind, a short walk if with luggage due to the pedestrian street. A decent stay all around. Comfortable bed, a nice bath if booking a room with a tub. Decent breakfast buffet, though worth mentioning the hours on the weekend differ to the weekdays for the breakfast.

The Receptionists were either charming and attentive, or seemingly engrossed in their mobile phones which is off putting, a good morning when you’re a guest goes along way. Sign of the times perhaps but off putting. The rooms on the third floor aren’t with windows which eradicated any view of the lovely city.

This is a deligtful boutique hotel, located in the heart of old town Lviv. It has about 18 rooms. Mine was a small apartment or suite. The bulding is refreshly built out. The rooms are quiet. Everything is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is excellent, polite and helpful. All in all, it was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it. I plan to return.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but just a heads up that taxis cannot reach the hotel so it requires a very brief walk from your drop off place. No problem for me as I travel light.

Definitely clean and quiet .. we barely able to hear the siren sound.. breakfast is decent, nothing special. Pet stay charge extra.

They charged dirty towels for $1.36 .. this is really unheard of. Dining room only 1 staff working in the morning who only in charge of cooking cleaning and set-up. Reception staffs generally friendly but don’t expect greetings every time you enter the hotel.

Beautiful, clean, amazing value in the center of old town Lviv. Private rooftop balcony with air conditioning. Great elevator and full breakfast! We will be back!

The location is absolutely perfect, literally in the heart of the city, but in a very quiet place. The breakfast was excellent. Good choice, tasty. The room was spacious and I loved the design. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Definitely coming back.
