The hotel is perfectly located in the downtown area, making it easy to explore all the historical and architectural landmarks—truly a mesmerizing experience. There are also plenty of authentic restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious Ukrainian cuisine and get a real taste of the local culture. Our room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the spacious bathtub, large enough for two people—a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s interior design is truly a work of art, adding to the overall charm of the place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely return the next time we visit Ukraine!

We often stayed in Lviv but had no idea about this wonderful hotel before. The staff here are very polite, the service is excellent, and the breakfasts are amazing. Everything feels very homely. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to go for a walk, even with a small child. Inside, everything is well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable. I would also like to highlight the availability of a kids’ playroom in the hotel, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with a young child. Thank you, and we highly recommend this hotel!

I suggested installing liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom because using the classic hotel small piece of soap is quite inconvenient.

I stayed there with my sister for 3 nights and was very happy that we chose this hotel. Everything was perfect: the central location, spacious and comfortable room, professional and courteous stuff. Make sure to check the restaurant. We tried it for both breakfast and dinner, really enjoyed it, especially buffet breakfast. Definitely will be back here next time I'm in Lviv.

Great Historic Hotel, in the heart of Lviv, Nice room and Plenty of hot water in Bathroom shower, which can be rare on Historic hotels, but this were really modern standard. Nice Breakfast buffet. Great to have such Nice hotel with history more than 100 years back. Still its renovated with passion and respect, to meet Todays standard. Support this Pearl of a Hotel. We had Parking across the street in secured paid parking arear. Nice cozy Roof Balcony with big Restaurant.

I’ve stayed at the Swiss several times now and each time I’m greeted very professionally. The staff is all very kind and very professional. Rooms are always perfect and very clean! Great atmosphere and great vibes! The location is perfect and having a place to park is rare in the city but the Swiss has a lot. I’ve recommended the Swiss to friends and now they too only stay at the Swiss when visiting Lviv. I will continue to stay at the Swiss. Always a pleasure!

Everything exceeded my expectation. Wonderful decor and atmosphere. In Lviv this is THE HOTEL to stay. Bravo!

A very minor issue. I did not see the complimentary water and took a very small water from the fridge which I told the reception on checking out. I was charged 190 grivnia. It is not the amount but the lack of style...I have a hotel in Tuscany, Italy. I would never charge for a little bottle of water...but no problem at all

The breakfast was superb. My room was impeccable.

The hotel is a labyrinth. It's easy to get confused if you want to go from your room to the breakfast restaurant or simply to the lobby. But the hotel staff was very glad to help with directions, and I'm sure lots of people appreciate a hotel that doesn't look like all the others.

I have stayed a number of times at the Swiss Hotel whilst in Lviv and it is my favourite hotel in the city. The staff are friendly, the rooms are a nice size, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. It is also in a great location near the city centre.

The hotel does not have gym which would nice to have but I am normally working to hard to find the time anyhow.

The hotel is small, 3-4 rooms per floor, on one side there is noise from the tram, on the other the windows face the courtyard, and the air conditioning is loud. The minibar is overpriced, as is the price for breakfast.

Wine cellar serves as a bomb shelter, I was able to go there at night during the air raid threat. Otherwise the hotel is also really nice generally, clean, comfy, cozy, comfy bed, nice terrace-restaurant on top. Pleasant and helpful personnel .
