it’s a fair value for money, the facility is clean, with modern minimalist interior design.

In my booking I asked in advance for an early check option (12:30pm instead of 3pm). I received a message that the hotel will do their best upon my arrival to accommodate me. When i arrived at 12:30pm (local time) expecting early check in, the staff at the day shift wasn’t quite welcoming, and the solution i was offered was to pay extra for early check in. As i wasn’t notified in advance that this would be a solution and I didn’t agree for this option - i was offered to leave my belongings in the storage room and had to come back several hours later for a check in. I’d appreciate if the hotel would notify about the possible solution to an earlier check-in request in advance so no surprises upon arrival. p.s. the night shift personnel was quite nice.

😁I think I need to mention this one. I understand that every time air raid alert is on in Lviv, we receive its notification on all of our phones. But to put it in the rooms, with high volume of audio, hmmm thats too much, specially in the middle of the night. Maybe lowering the volume of the audio for the air raid alert notification in room, will give guests more of a good rest.

Everything was fine, breakfast was good, and this hotel was according to usual Ibis standards. The price was acceptable, the staff was helpful, and I check-in 3 hours earlier without any additional questions.

Our condition was broken and burned us with great +30C, regardless of the settings we applied :D I was too tired to care about this, but it would be good if the staff could review room 509 heating or condition.

The property is super clean, modern and very well builded and maintained. Everything is in excellent condition with no marks of oldness!!! Rooms are in pristine shape and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, healthy and always fresh! Thank you to the kitchen and back of the house staff.

Its a brand new built IBIS, not even on Google maps yet. I got a budget double room, small but functional and extremely luxurious. Its one of the best IBIS hotels i have stayed at in the world. Absolutely perfect. It is perfect for westerners from 1st world countries. 99% of the apartments you find in Ukraine are awful for westerners from 1st world countries. Only stay in IBIS hotels for the same price but super luxury stay. Its more like 4 stars than 3 stars. Im in a 5 star hotel now and i preferred the IBIS. They even have a Bidet. Extremely quiet, i was right next to trams and the main road and i couldnt hear it, fully sealed double or triple glazed windows stops ALL the noise. Bed extremely comfortable, huge double shower, desk, chair, window seat area too, room safe, bar fridge, clothes hangars, storage under that for your luggage and lots of storage under the bed, air conditioned, huge TV with a few english channels but not much, good internet speed. Totally for westerners with decent standards. Dont make the mistake of getting a supposed 9 star apartment in a private building. I have rented a lot of apartments in Ukraine, none are good, all have been noisy and bad floors and hear the neighbours. IBIS you hear nothing from neighbours or road noise. Get a Hotel!!!!!

It was a perfect stay!

Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The sheet texture was perfect. Pillow size- perfect. Room temperature- perfect. Mattress softness- perfect. The shower was so clean it looked brand new. The breakfast was so good I ate 3 portions. Value for money was excellent and location is central. It’s my second time staying here and I’ll be back:)

Everything was really great - room was very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom immaculate, location good as expected, we were even able to get a parking spot (unfortunately, those are non-bookable at this location - so it is rather a question of luck)

The only thing that was not great - the room was quite suffocating. The window does not open, the air inside the room felt as stale and it was too hot even for April with not-so-high temperatures. We have set the inside air conditioning module to run at 'Cool' mode and 19C, but even after 8 hours of work it was still very hot and unpleasant. Also, the duvet was too warm for such warm room and we ended up fighting all night with the suffocatingly warm and heavy duvet in too warm room

Location was great, rooms very clean and hotel in general very clean and quiet. Breakfast although not a huge choice but everything was delicious and everyd ay the menu changed. Will definitely revisit.

Window can not be opened. My room was really tiny, like - very very small. No table or desk of any kind. Had to keep my laptop in, well, my lap. ONLY ONE available electrical plug for the entire room. Hot water disfunctioned and I had the choice of only cold or only boiling hot. Local janitor couldn't fix it in a timely manner. Breakfast, although theoretically a buffet is served a la carte. And you have to wait. Not a self service like in any standard hotel w/ bkfst included.

Really lovely hotel, modern and stylish. The rooms are small but adequate, the bathroom is really nice with everything that you could possibly need. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. I didn't try the hotel breakfast as I generally like to explore in the mornings but the restaurant/café looked nice. The hotel has a bunker which thankfully we didn't need. I absolutely recommend this hotel, thanks for a great stay!
