We spent an amazing weekend with my husband in Ibis hotel. They gave us a nice room with panoramic windows on the old city and the trams downstairs that we liked to watch from the sofa. We celebrated wedding anniversary and hotel gave us a great compliment with roses and wine. This gesture really touched us and thank you so much! Breakfast was tasty and has most of the popular options. The only thing that I could recommend to improve - the cleanliness of the windows to observe the city better.

I wish rooms had sanity kit in the bathroom. Got used to the fact that those are available in the rooms in most hotels I stay by default, so it was kinda frustrating having it available only for the additional fee.

The best part is the staff! People are trying to help you everywhere. Especial thanks fo the parking help. Btw, parking is free in front of the hotel but there are not many spots. Breakfasts are excellent, rooms are very clean, you also can come with your cat as we did.

Maybe carpet floor is not the best choice for hotels but it's just my taste.

Everything was great! The hotel had a perfect location, the room was clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was pet-friendly and eco-friendly, which was a big plus for me. I requested robes and they were given to me for free. Additionally, there was free coffee and tea available for all guests. Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable and I plan on staying there again next time.

There are no sockets for the hair styler in the bathroom

Feeling that you are somewhere in Europe. True european quality and this wonderful smell of a nice hotel:) And amazing view of the city.

We arrived at 12:00 but were asked 700 uah for early check in. That was a bit embarrassing, so we went for a short walk for an hour and checked in at 1pm. No facilities to change a babys diaper. We had to do this right in the lobby..

+ quiet street - but still near to the city center + good breakfast (usually it is a buffet but as there were only a few guests, we could choose from the breakfast menu) + clean and comfy + upper floors have nice balcony and there is nice view on the city

- no minifridge in the room (so if you want to keep something cold, it is not really much options) - rather smaller rooms

Nice central location close to historical places of Lviv. Responsive personnel, easy check-in/checkout. Good size of the room which corresponds to the pictures in description. Height quality comfortable bed.

Not too much to concern. No fridge in the room - but was kindly supported by reception.

Staff was nice and accommodating. I left very early, before breakfast time, and they prepared a lunch box for me. Hotel is new and clean, very quiet, which is surprising given its location, close to the center. It is easy to walk around and everything is super close. Bed was super soft, shower nice and hot with good water pressure. The window in my room could not be opened, but there is ventilation and AC.

Always great to visit! my 2nd year driving convoys into Ukraine. Often resting after a long border crossing. Breakfast is great and certain rooms have a great view over beautiful Lviv. See you soon again and hopefully in better circumstances also.

Staff, food, cleanliness, shelter...

The rooms were a bit too warm for me, and the air was dry. There was no electric catler and free water botlles in the room, and the tap water is not potable, you need to buy bottled water, I wish I knew it in advance.
