nice, clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom with shower. central location surrounded by shops and restaurants and coffee shops.

no parking! street parking is available few blocks away from the hotel, if you lucky to find a spot. (free from 8pm till 8am, otherwise must pay via mobile app only). dragging luggage over a stone pavement street is no fun. also, a requirement to fill out check-in papers is ridiculous waste of time when all the info is already in the system..?

This hotel is right in the center of Lviv, yet my room was quiet. I had plenty of space and some elements of a kitchen - it was not possible to cook but there was a fridge, a hotpot for boiling water, and some basic dishes and silverware. The breakfasts were tasty and huge, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had no daylight in my room. The one window was papered over because it looked out on a courtyard that was being renovated.

Still as lovely as the last time I visited, but now also equipped with an elevator. Very helpful staff, a beautiful building with gorgeous and spacious rooms. Breakfast is extraordinary and offers a variety to choose from. The location could not be better, be it for sightseeing or in my case getting to university. I can't wait to be back! Slava Ukraini!

The hotel is located in a really good location near the central square. It is close to everything you need - stores, shops, cafe. The staff is really nice and helped us with all the questions we had. The room was very good and had everything we wanted. The hotel also have a basement in case there is an Air Alarm and you would need to stay there which is really nice. We actually were there when an Air Alarm was active and the staff was really calm and helped us through the stress that we might have, so I would suggest the place for a first time visit in this troubling times

The apartments actually are very big and spacious that would allow them to create them as actual apartments with full kitchens (like the top of the kitchen is already there) and allow you to prepare your meals on spot but as it is a hotel it is understandable why it does not give this option.

Location is very good, there are many opportunities as bars, restaurant and coffee shops all around. Hotel is comfy, you will find here everything what you need.

There is not a parking spot dedicated to the hotel. There are some areas, where to park your car, but you will need to pay extra for or spend time to find free spots.

Totally great Location - literally 20 meters from the Market Place! Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants around. Beautiful historical neighbourhood! Quiet rooms, impeccably cleaned.

This time my room didn`t have a view... Getting to parking is a walk, which is not a problem, if you have no luggage.

Friendly staff, located in the very center of Lviv. The restaurant in the basement provided very good (and large portions!) breakfast. It can be used as a shelter during air strike alerts (a very important piece of information!)

We stayed in two rooms apartment on the first floor, it was very dark with lack of fresh air. The renovation works just outside our window did not allow any privacy and gave noise.

Gorgeous location, cozy apartment, inspiring view, Towh hall (Ratusha) bell and vibe of the old center make my impression complete! the breakfasts are huge! and very tasty (please, note that you have to order them beforehand). Staff are very friendly but non-intrusive)

there weren’t such things. but you should note that bell of Town hall can wake you up each 15 min. Especially. if you’re settled on the attic

The position of the hotel is incredible. If you want to be in the heart of the city, this is your pick. Staff is polite and professional, all hotel and our room were very clean, and breakfast is tasty. They even made sandwiches for us in one of the mornings as we were up too early for breakfast. 5 out of 5. Thanks for having us

Unfortunately, the elevator didn’t work. My room was on the 3rd floor. I had a heavy suitcase. The hotel staff kindly carried my suitcase all the way up. However, I’d prefer to know about the issues with the elevator in advance.
