I like the room especially the bathroom and the ability to manipulate the room temperature. It was also soundproof as advertised. I like how comfortable the bed, pillow and blanket. Ohh the 3 pillows was amazing. The food during breakfast for the price is also delicious. The price considering the price is super. It's at the heart of the city center which is accessible to restaurants, public transport, Lviv Theater Opera, shops and etc. They also upgraded the second room booked to a bigger bed which was a sweet surprise. Most of all the staff, they have been really kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay.

A suggestion would be a more bubbling soap :) i had to pump more than usual to be able to get the soap bubble and lather to my body.

The location is perfect - it is basically in the Center, a bit off-set from the main drag, Svobody Ave. The restaurant, Mon Chef, is very good and the steaks were wonderful. The hotel itself is quite comfortable, and communication with the front desk staff was easy - they all have good English, in my experience.

No issues. I have stayed in the hotel probably 4 or 5 times at this point and will stay there again the next time I am in Lviv. It is on par in terms of category, with Nobilis, Atlas Deluxe, the Grand Hotel, and such, and is usually a bit less expensive and therefore both a "quality" pick and a "value" pick.

Astoria hotel is the best hotel in all Ukraine. We stayed many many times and service was beyond expectations. Every employee gives all heart and effort to help solve problems. I can’t believe how highly performing people working there. I am extremely grateful how they helped me in the most horrible situation in my life. This is not just hotel. It is exceptionally orchestrated establishment with the most amazing staff.

Astoria is hidden gem. So well orchestrated and managed hotel that every time coming, we are in shock how amazingly been solved problem, question and provided solution. High-end staff who communicate professionally, profound and detailed focused. We are in love with Astoria and people working there. Honestly, some more star hotels in Lviv should learn from Astoria’s team to communicate and solve problems.

Everything was nice and well-arranged. I especially enjoyed the staff's service. For a foreigner in a country that has air alerts, it can be odd to stay in a bomb shelter. The staff came to check if I was ok and gave me some tips about restaurants and sites in the city.

Literally everything. Love the interior, location, services. Especially want to highlight staff work and professionalism. Team working as in 5 star hotel - helpful, smiling, fast reacting, customer-focused. Absolutely in love how employees trying to make stay exceptional. Extra compliment for breakfast because have more interesting choices than usual hotels with breakfast included. Stayed in this hotel several times and will keep staying in the future.

Location as well as versatile breakfast. Additionally, I wanted to highlight washroom and quality items installed ( shower, sink, and japanese toilet).

On the top floor, windows are located on the roof. It was a bit difficult to open and close them with a stick. Additionally, the rolling curtains mechanism is broken. it is not possible to roll up after you close the curtains.

Location of the hotel allows you reach out almost to anything within 10 min walk. People who are working there are nice and always glad to help you with any of your requests. Interior and exterior giving vibe of old chic and joy About room. I believe it would be a good choice not only for vacation but also for business trip. Work place in a room was really nice and allows you to spend there whole day in a case of need. Beds were comfy. Bathroom is nice and provided with all necessities. Stuff taking care about room, they take out your trash and check towels everyday. Also breakfast was nice. I really liked it. Big greetings for Stepan for service and setting positive vibes :)

As a side note. Street around hotel is quite popular and if you need completely quiet place to rest. Better choose room close to inner street

This time special compliments for Yurii - front desk administrator who showed exceptional attention, recognized us as loyal clients, and provided exceptional service. Lived in 5 star hotels and honestly, Astoria has 5 star team. Loved and will stay again and again.

Is our second time this summer, we were impressed first time and this was the place that we wanted to stay again while in Lviv. The friendlines and professionalism of the staff made it again a perfect stay in Astoria. Upon arrival even if it was raining a staff member came out in front of the hotel to help us park as it very difficult in the center where is the hotel location. When we arrived the papers were ready for check in as we have been here a month ago and had our details. ( same lady as last time...with a welcomming smile )......Attention to details make a big difference....
