I liked staff, it was friendly and shown exceptional service from the early entrance till the restaurant service and leaving the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, rooms and the hotel is very clean and build in good quality. Room service is invisible and respectful to your stuff. Even water from water tap is very soft for your skin and looked like filtered. Spa is clean and got everything for the good experience. Wish the best to the hotel and people working there!

Stayed in the large suite. Breakfast we excellent every morning. Clean and large dining area with staff helping clear table of plates. Very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was also very delicious, we dined in and ordered room service. I also had a massage that was convenient having the massage onsite. The staff even packed a to go breakfast for us as we left early our last day. Very nice gesture.

The spa area was excellent, but I did not like having to wait several hours to gain access. You must schedule in advance to use the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and pay an extra fee. The booking.com website does not say any of this. This was surprising and disappointing

We absolutely loved this hotel. All staff were very helpful and competent. We booked two rooms and both were clean and had everything we needed. They were spacious, modern, cosy and had a fridge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and traditional Ukrainian food.

The centre can take 20 minutes to reach on foot, although it is a pleasant walk. The spa entrance could be included in the price.

I liked the spa and the food. The room was nice spacious with good beds staff was very nice. Some lanauge barriers but the staff did their best and with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to english speakers

Nothing i dident like.. could be maybe a bit more central. But thats what i think personally Hotell itself was perfect

It’s worth staying here, I think it’s convenient for those who have transfers through the train station or by car. Nice staff, сlean and warm room. very-very delicious breakfast, spa(by additional cost), good cleaning and service of rooms. I am satisfied)

Only minus- that's no kettle and location of the hotel, caz public transport bad connected from this place to center, it's hard to get into the city center. Maybe in the summer it would be not such a problem, but in winter- yes, it is problem.

The entire hotel stuff was super helpful in all ways. Helped me call taxis, currency exchange. Spoke good English. I will book at no other place. It's a little ways feom city center. But 1000% worth it. They have generator back up power too. So wasn't bothered by power outages.. Also serves a HUGE breakfast buffet. That's included in they stay. Other places make you pay for it..

Nice location - although not at the center, you can reach everything pretty fast. Our room was spacious, clean and warm. The staff was really friendly - even the cleaning ladies always said hello and smiled. The breakfast was also very delicious. And at the end of day we could enjoy the saunas and swimming pool (which is not that big, but swimming wasn‘t the purpose of our trip). In general, keeping in mind the price, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Lviv and is ready to stay a bit further from the city centre.

An electric kettle in the room would be nice.

Excellent location (within the pedestrian reach to both the historic center of Lviv and the Central Railway Station of Lviv). Nice facility, tasty breakfast, attentive crew members. This is one of my go-to accomodation options whenever I travel to Lviv.

I didn’t notice the anything bad with facilities

Slippery floor in spa area, less diverse cuisine for people with special diet (lack of simple veggies/fruits without any sauce) but other than that all was good.

Hotel in general was very nice, also provided spa facilities are definitely worth of money. Sadly, not everyone was keeping hygiene rules (not taking showers after sauna and jumping in the swimming pool), but that’s not on the side of hotel. Room was super spacious. Hotel staff is trained very well and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there. Just 5 min away you will find supermarkets and a few restaurants.

I am not a big fan of carpets in hotels in general, and here the floor was completely covered in carpet. However, that’s just the personal preference.
