This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s located right in the center of Reutte and is very convenient for a stopover when traveling to Italy. The property and all of its facilities are very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym has great workout equipment. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet and the coffee was delicious.

As mentioned, we have stayed many times at this hotel and there isn’t much negative to point out. We were a bit disappointed that the a la carte restaurant is closed on Sundays which we were only informed about a couple days before arriving. But a set dinner buffet was offered instead which was really good. Our rooms were located toward the front of the hotel facing the street and it was very noisy. We didn’t have that problem in the other rooms that are located in the back.

This is the third time we stayed at this property and will definitely be back. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very spacious with a double bed and a lounge sofa that could have held another 2 people. All areas in the hotel are very clean, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We travelled with our small dog and the close by park was perfect for having him do his business. The hotel has a restaurant that serves delicious local meals and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. We usually stay at this property when traveling through to Italy and it's perfectly located only a few miles off the Autobahn towards Innsbruck.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

Staff is very nice, hotel itself is great with a perfect location. Breakfast is awsome. The only thing that I could critize was the room temperature. It was quite hot. I am not asking for airco, not a big fan of it but it would have been nice to foresee a ventilator in the room. To be completely honest, I didn't ask for one at the desk, maybe it was possible to have one. For the rest, it was perfect.

Hotel restaurant is amazing with a wonderful decoration of every plate. Room was not so big but it was surprisingly enough space for our family of 3 people. Location is great with only 20 min drive to Germany. Personnel is very responsive and trying to give an extra service to their guests.

The reception staff was exceptional. Clean rooms, great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast had excellent variety. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Bavaria.

The price was a bit too high. We wish the pool was open a bit later than 20:00.

The location is the best. An easy walk from the station and in the middle of a picturesque alpine town. Reutte has good bus service but the great deal is a subsidy for taxis: guests of this hotel and others can call a taxi for 2 Euros. Many excursions, places to see, good cafes and restaurants, including this hotel.

The room we had had awesome view from windows. Large beds, and nice toilet. Hotel has restaurant and the free breakfast that came with the booking was superb esp the organic honey. Spa was lovely. I actually liked the ambience of the hotel like it was an ancestral house converted into a nice hotel. The antique things are still there.

Rooms are not soundproof. we can hear lots of noises at times waking us up random hours. but nonetheless, experience was awesome.

Very nice hotel especially enjoyed the pool , wellness area. The spacious, clean and modern rooms. Can highly recommend.

Some annoying flies during dinner and breakfast :)

The food selection was excellent

There were many flies in the eating are and hotel in general. The scrambled eggs were too dry and in one lump. Minor items.

The hotel is modern from the outside then when you come inside it’s like a cabin. The dinner was great a steak and a pasta. Breakfast had a lot of variety. And also they are pet friendly🥰

The pillow was not comfortable. The bathroom shower is too tight.
