Location. Although we arrived past office hours, they still facilitated our check-in. The hotel offered packed lunch options.
TV picture was not that clear. The free breakfast is misleading and a bit overpriced. You get a $14 voucher to use from the cafe but for that price there are only 3 set options (coffee + oatmeal, muffin or cream cheese bagel). If you want anything decent/filling, it will go over and above and with a tip you'll still end up spending another $10-$15.

Our room is spacious (King Suite), attentive staff! Nothing is too much for them and the location is perfect. Healthy breakfast which is freshly made for you! We were greeted with the smiles from Musch and Sarp every morning. Everything is perfect!! Thank you Gonzo!!

Incredibly kind staff, close to downtown and easy to get around town.
Beds could have been more comfortable, both the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Also, I enjoyed that they made you breakfast but wish coffee was included as if you wanted a meal and coffee you had to pay extra than the vouchers given to you.

I stumbled onto this little gem when looking for a place to stay in Moab. It had really high ratings. We were not dissapointed. Great location off the main road but walking distance to shops and restaurants, great staff that were always friendly. great restaurants on site. We received vouchers every day we could use in the restaurants and tooks sandwiches everyday for hikes or drives. We had a King Suite for a week and it was great. It had a large deck with lots of space. Pool was great too!
Nothing to hang our hand towels on in the kitchen and bath but they had just done some remodeling in our room and may have not been done yet. Older hotel so the walls are a little thin but it was very busy and springbreak when we were there so more noise was expected.

This is probably my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is beyond accommodating and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast & coffee at their Cafe Italiano was superb. The bed was super comfy, nice hot shower, relaxing balcony. I wish I took advantage of the hot tub but I forgot my bathing suit. We were in walking distance to all downtown amenities and just a short drive to Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. When my husband and I return to Moab, we won't be staying anywhere else but here.

The staff was very nice. My husband and I had a long day of travel and we didn’t get to the Inn until 8pm. Front desk staff noticed I was very tired and got me checked in very quickly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows! It was the best night sleep after a rough day. We planned to get up early, have breakfast and leave for another long day in the road. Instead we enjoyed coffee in the room, sitting on the balcony enjoying the nice morning. Since we had our dog with us, my husband was able to bring our breakfast up to the room, which was very tasty. We needed to take our dog for a walk and found some trails to walk at the end of the road. Location of the Inn is off the main road, making it a very quiet spot, not hearing the busy traffic of the main road. A great place to stay!

An Unforgettable Experience! We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Gonzo Inn and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed with modern comforts, yet it retained a cozy, luxurious atmosphere. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities like complimentary bottle of wine. The view from my window was stunning, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was outstanding, offering a peaceful retreat that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Location-wise, is perfect—centrally located yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re looking to explore the city’s landmarks or simply relax, the hotel offers everything you need. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was great and the balcony was a definite added plus. Especially for letting swim suits dry off.
That the room I had didn't have a tub. Which, honestly, isn't that bad, but when you have a kiddo makes it a bit difficult. Especially when said kiddo wants to block up the drain in the newly renovated walk-in shower. The other things I didn't like are: As I was walking up to the door of my room, I ran into a spider web, spider still attached. I did brush it off of me. The second is when I started taking a shower I had a spider come down from the ceiling and land on my arm amid being under the running water..

Great location and close proximity to Main Street, it was located right off it, so it was a bit quieter. We walked to shops, food , etc Large parking lot and plenty of off street parking available. Our room was spacious with a patio, fireplace, kitchenette, living room and two doors to the patio-one off the kitchen and the other off the bedroom. The jetted bathtub was a bonus after hiking devils garden primate trail!! Breakfast was included and we each got a $15 voucher. Food was freshly made to order. They offered an extensive breakfast menu with something for everyone, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, pancakes, waffles etc Oat milk lattes were delicious. They offered snacks in the lobby for your convenience. Only minor complaint was that our coffee wasn’t replenished in our room after two days and I had to ask for more. But not a big deal, just a heads up for management. This was our first time in Moab and I would highly recommend Gonzo.

Room size was decent with good facilities. Hot tub/ pool was functional. Parking is a breeze. All good food options nearby. Everyone managing the property is very nice to talk to and that makes the stay very comfortable. The room was very clean and very well organized. Great work and compliments to the staff on this. Wifi speed was also decent.
With the price, I would have loved a good breakfast spread. The $14 voucher has limited options and you end up paying something to complete your breakfast. I would have loved if basic things like coffee/ cereal / toast available without any charge.
