The location may not be super convenient, depending on the purpose of the visit. The nearest subway is at 20minutes walk while the drive to Hongqiao entirely depends on traffic, from 15 minutes to 40. The hotel is part of a cute artistic compound, with an amazing tiny coffee bar just behind it. The are squirrels and lot of green areas just around the hotel, so it gives you a nice feeling to stay just outside the hotel. The lounge is also very pretty and unique. Breakfast may not suit’s western taste but for the room+breakfast price is still a great deal. There is a very clean and new laundry room absolutely perfect. The only problem I had was with phone and internet reception which was not good.

The size of the room, and the decor and features in the room, truly surprised me. The attention to detail, is next-level, and so amazing to see how they supported small businesses in the area, with the items in the room, and around the hotel. The breakfast was also really good. If you walk around the complex, you'll also be amazed at all the very creative small businesses, which was great for gift shopping! And right behind the hotel there was also a nightly street food market, which was also very nice.

Not being able to research public transport properly from outside of China (was blocked), I was a bit disappointed as to how far away the hotel was from the closest train station (20 minute walk). So that was just a bit disappointing, but I could easily catch a Didi from the hotel, to the train station, for only 20 - 30 Chinese Yuan.

Cosy hotel within a friendly neighborhood. Hotel room and furniture design is exclusive. The in-room coffee set and drip coffee is superior. Just about 5km away there is a bustling Qi Bao Jie, making the final lap of travel pleasant and enjoyable. It’s between Hong Qiao and Pudong airport, thus it was wonderful to be able to early exit from busy highway when returning from town area.

All is great about the hotel, and would be even better if the beautiful wooden flooring was kept clean before checking in.

The hotel is absolutely amazing — it truly feels like home. The interior design is top-notch, with plenty of beautiful wooden accents. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. There are many great places to eat nearby, and a shopping mall is just a 5-minute car-drive away. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

I really recommend this hotel! The staff was amazing. They were always ready to help us and go above and beyond. The hotel is currently doing an upgrade so I expect it to be even better. It already has anything you need, even free laundry service.

Helpful staff, comfortable common spaces, beautifully designed. The property is situated at a 'real' neighbourhood of Shanghai, with lots of shops and little restaurants around, parks and a big mall, and has easy access to two metro stops.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and always eager to assist，especially Zhang，张. He was professional and conscientious. He provided early checkin , and helped resolved some matters with the taxi driver.

Staff were really good to deal with. Accommodation was clean and breakfast was great. 24hour check in aswell

Beautifully designed & furnished hotel. In a friendly neighbourhood far from the madness of Shanghai, though that is easily accessible. The staff were amazing. Really helpful & friendly. All of them. Especially Spring. I’d like to thank them all.
