Location was good. Less than 8mins walk from the train station. Hotel is very modern and colourful. There's a wellness Spa facility just opposite it. There are about 4 restaurant and a big shop just round the corner. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff speaks English and they're very friendly. The hotel is very clean and There are great views around. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in St Margarethen.

Room has no kettle, tea and coffee facilities. Also there's no mini fridge

Lovely new hotel, well furnished, clean and very friendly staff. Good breakfast and a very good Italian restaurant a short walk away.

The bed was a tad hard for my liking, and there was no allocated parking for guests (parking options were available nearby at additional cost, or you could fight over the tiny public car park next to the hotel which is free on Saturdays and Sundays).

Although we booked the rooms with breakfast, upon arrival the reception told us that breakfast was not included. So we had to explain this mistake the next day. However, later the staff said that breakfast was included.

The location is wonderful because we mainly went to St Margarethen for a spa experience. So is the interior, the staff and the breakfast. The people who work there are nice and friendly which makes our positive experience even more unforgetable

The hotel has a good location, making it easy to find. It's conveniently near shops and close to the Austrian border, which makes it easy to travel to Lindau, Germany. The hotel is a new building with beautiful decoration.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was a special bike room with plenty of space and electric supplies.

There were no parking places for a reasonable price. We didn‘t like the design in the floors. Too small space to place the suit case.

This hotel had excellent facilities for cyclists. A secure and spacious room, tools, pump, charging possibilities and many cycling brochures and maps of the area! It was also very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and a great location for those cycling the Bodensee route

Had the most expensive double espresso I’ve had in Switzerland.

I have been cycling around the Constance Lake. Hotel offered us the secured room for safe bicycles storage and washing service. Besides - the room furnishings, as well as the hotel's public space have a very good standard. If one is looking for good quality for a moderate price - this hotel is very good choice.

The Hotel has a special, very nice, interior design, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, pro-active. We only stayed 1 night, and our goal was the Thermal bath next door. all worked out perfectly.
