The room and service are exactly what we expected and what was advertised. We came in for a trip to visit a winemaker, Christian Venier, who is right around the corner, so this location was perfect. The house itself is kitchy, the owner was nice, fun & engaging. The room was clean, the mattress was comfy. The breakfast was very good! We are a lesbian couple traveling with a young kid and it was no problem at all. Thank you!

It was a good value. It's not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect it to be a 5 star hotel.

The room was huge, with a large bathroom and directly off the main terrace. There was a large window with a nice view of the neighbor's garden and skyline. We enjoyed watching the hot-air balloons flying over from the window. The property was quiet even though other guests were staying there. We enjoyed talking with the host and other guests at breakfast. It was convenient to travel to the different chateaus and then return for the night. A market/ grocery store is nearby to pick up anything you may need.

No drinking glasses for water or wine or kettles with tea/coffee were provided in the room. This would have been nice so we could have our own drinks at our leisure in the morning or evening.

There was not much we could do about the heat ( heat wave). There were a lot of mosquitoes . There was an oscillating fan though.

Comfortable, clean and nice room. Shower was hot. Parking just outside in a courtyard.

The smell of the Thai or SE Asian food that was cooked in the kitchen made the downstairs smell off. It might be the shrimp paste. It was only when I would walk downstairs. The smell did not go into the bedroom which was great.

Large and beautiful room, with a also large bathroom, all tidy and clean and very well arranged.

We made a last minute reservation and could not reach the crew to confirm it, right before the time set. Result: we found ourselves our room and meet the owner only in the morning, unfortunately not speaking other language than French.

Clean and quiet with a good shower. Fairly close to a well-stocked supermarket. We were able to leave our bicycles in a garage. Good breakfast.
