The staff were excellent, I had the impression they sincerely did their utmost at all times to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. the breakfast was very good, I particularly loved the fresh fruit, and yoghurt. Also the dried the fruit. I appreciated the coffee on tap available all day long in the very pleasant common area.

The weather. The room was chilly for me, having said that I asked the hotel to help out, they gave me a blanket and my room heated up. It could be that the room was cold because it had been unoccupied before I came? anyway the hotel resolved the issue.

Rooms are not big, but clean and well-equipped, with light switches in convenient places and a work surface for writing or eating. Breakfast buffet varied and fresh. Dinners served in the hotel are simple but nourishing and well-presented, and local wines are available. There is a coffee machine in the lounge for guests to use whenever they want. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a couple of hundred metres from the railway station so very convenient for trains.

Good location, a good breakfast - not the widest range, but i can't complain, i had enough to eat and it was fresh. The room was clean, bed very comfortable - a big plus is the window cover - you make pitch black in the room, the bathroom is quite big and you also have hair dryer.

The room was a bit to small, no closet, or anything.. just a cubicle that has a hanger below, and the table had just one chair (even if it's a 2 person room). Would be very nice at least some glasses, beside the ones from bathroom... or at least i haven't found any in the room. The room i had was near elevator, so i heard every person that came or left the floor. Since is not the cheapest hotel, it would be nice at least to have free parking (8 dollars/day). It is not bad, but given the name and the "prestige" of the hotel, i would've expect more.

We were assigned a family room which was larger than our original booking for a double room. The breakfast was good with delicious bread and fresh fruits. The bed was very comfortable to give us a good sleep. The bathroom was good.

The cleaning crew didn’t take note of the no disturbance notice hanging on the door. They still came in to tidy up the place. On our check out morning, they even showed up without knocking the door…. It was such a surprise visit that we didn’t feel comfortable.

Good location within easy walking distance of the town centre, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and a large lounge area downstairs with free teas/coffee/water etc available all the time. Very friendly helpful reception staff.

The car parking is underground without a drop area outside the hotel so the easiest thing to do is to park in the next door supermarket car park to check-in with luggage and then park as stairs only access from there into the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Ten minutes walk to the main tourist attractions. The cold water machine was a pleasant bonus. Secure parking was used. Having the supermarket next door was a bonus because we needed to buy a few things for our ongoing holiday journey. We would stay here again.

The underground secure parking garage was pitch dark (to save on electricity) so we needed a torch to find the light switch at the exit, then we need to carry our suitcases up some stairs from the parking garage.

Spacious room with seperate shower and toilet. Bed comfy. Decent breakfast and hot drinks available free all day. Underground car park. Staff superb, very helpful, a credit to the hotel. Would stay again but ask for room at rear of hotel.

Room overlooking main road, heard bus announcements everytime a bus pulled up and people's conversations while waiting for buses. Flats opposite could see right into bedroom, had to use shutters. Biggest issue was plastic matress protector, made us sweat a lot. Still a great hotel.

The room was good with a comfortable bed and widescreen TV. The shower is a glass pod area off the bedroom. The food at breakfast was really good.

There were some building works going on nearby which made a noise, but luckily they stopped after an hour or two so it wasn't too bad.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, with gluten-free options, with a view on the street. Clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated, room and the whole hotel as well. Parking available. Good location, with a view from a window.

Dusty surface in the underground garage (not a standard floor).

We are very well welcomed, the receptionist was very kind , helped us to accommodate, gave us information about the closest chateaus and the best restaurants in the region. Thank you.

We did not like the access to the hotel from the parking lot. The day we arrived was raining and the access from the hotel parking was slippery and without protection from the rain.
