1) Very good location, next to the castle with a nice parc just in front of the hotel. 2) Friendly personnel, especially the lady at the reception, our beautiful neighbour :) 3) Flexibility for breakfast option, we had our cookies with us (as my children are picky eaters), so we paid only for tea at the hotel.

1)A very small bathroom, there isn't even a hook to hang a towel. And no place to put a cosmetic bag. 2) No tea or coffee options in the room and not possible to use the breakfast hall in the evening( we were told in the morning that a teapot in the room is a subject of prior demand, but I didn’t know that before)

We arrived at this hotel for a 4-night, 5-day stay. We immediately noticed the excellent location opposite the Château de Blois. Wonderful! The staff were kind and responsive to our requests. But the best thing is definitely the breakfast, which is served from 7 to 10. It offers everything from savory to sweet, from cappuccino to various fruit juices. The best thing about the hotel! Thanks for everything, guys. 😍

Our room was comfy and our bathroom newly renovated. We spent a couple of nights there and had a nice stay. Breakfast was very good with local produce and the staff was nice, caring and helpful.

Parking was a little tricky but you cannot really blame the hotel for that. However at times we could hear quite a bit of noise coming from the other rooms around (or maybe above perhaps) - I think maybe from the older wooden floorboard under the actual floor as this is an older building.

Beautifull old building with lovely traditional interior. Very good position, right next to the Blois Château. I think this wasn't my last stay there. Also the housekeeping was very good and my room was during the whole stay very well kept.

The walls are quite thin and sometimes there was noise from the hallway. Also the breakfast could be already included in the price of accommodation. But I understand that everything is getting extremely expensive.

We loved our stay at this classic, traditional French hotel. The view of the castle from the room was fantastic and the gentleman at reception was charming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very efficient at refilling items as they emptied. The bathroom was clean but would benefit from a shower curtain as without it the water splashes in the floor. Overall the hotel is highly recommended and good value for money.

next to the Chateau de Blois and the bus station to Chateau the Chambord, I understood the rooms with a view to the Chateau de Blois are a gem, but I wouldn t know for myself. Anyway, great location. Very very nice hallways and an extremely charming staff

The additional (not sheeted) blankets were not squeaky clean, there were a couple hairs here and there and we were really tired (and a little stupid) and we slept on the proper blanket (thinking that we didn t have one). You can hear the neighbors but ours were well educated

We loved the atmosphere of this grand old hotel , the spectacular romantic dining room, with an excellent breakfast, Good large double bed and our room with a view of the château.The hotel is in a good position, easy to walk down to the Loire etc.

The seat of the WC in our (very small) bathrooom was not well attatched and slid around.

Perfect location and staff very friendly

Lack of communication, weeks before our trip tried messaging the property as worried about the lack of parking. After many messages, finally received a response 30 mins before arriving which I did not see as was driving to the property not knowing what to expect when we arrived. The parking situation was resolved when we arrived and was no real hassle but would have liked the reassurance before setting off on my holiday.

Built in the late 19th cent. the hotel still has much of that period’s decor and charm. Excellent buffet breakfast. (Pic of dining room below). My room looked out onto Blois’ château and next to a church with a stunningly high cupola. So good position for exploring Blois. Some reviewers talk of the hotel being slightly outdated. Yes, our en-suite shower was, perhaps, installed in the 1970/80s but it worked well. Water was hot, good pressure and had room to move (my husband is thin but 6’3”). Staff our helpful, friendly and efficient. Safe bicycle storage too.

Great location. A couple of minutes to the Castle and to the town centre. A lot of restaurants and cafes near. A very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. All good.

There is no conditioner in the room. When it's hot outside, the fan doesn't cool enough. If to open the window, it becomes too noisy because of outside traffic.
