This hotel is in a - used to be - palace, simply beautiful. It has a really good charm feeling. At the reception the wooden floor ceiling is simply amazing. The receptionist was friendly. The room was very comfortable, the beds super comportable. Everything very clean. Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the major sights and even the street where it is located has a lot of beautiful and historical sights. One of the most memorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The city is really nice with good restaurants around.

Arriving at the hotel we got a voucher for a welcome drink which we could never use. Upon arrival (late, at about 19:30) they did not inform us that the bar closes early (at that time it was still open but we first wanted to have a shower). Also next day the bar was closed the whole day. It is not about the price value at all, but it would have been better if they do not even give it or inform about the opening time.

A beautifully designed hotel with stunning architecture. The customer service was outstanding—staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were well equipped with everything you may need for the duration of your stay. The location is ideal for exploring the main historical sites on foot, with plenty of food and drink options just steps away. We will definitely be returning!

I really loved the historic feel of this property, the décor, ease of check-in and room amenities. The room was large, very nicely decorated, had very good air-conditioning and all the modern amenities you require. There is nearby free public parking (5-6 minutes on foot and since we didn't have a huge amount of luggage that was okay) and in a pedestrian central area with nearby shops, restaurants and historic sights. The breakfast was very good and combined international and local offering.

The breakfast offer is varied and very good, but I'd have just one minor suggestion and that has to do with the cheeses, cold cuts and fruit offered at breakfast. When it's really hot (and it gets hot), try to put these either on ice or try to top up more often because if you come to breakfast a bit later, the cheeses and cold cuts become all sweaty and the fruit isn't as fresh as I'd like it to be.

Its location in the centre of the town. The building is well maintained and the room was quiet and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board. Complimentary large bottle of water and a cocktail drink.

The bathroom would benefit from extra lighting and a shelf to put one’s toiletries.

Beautifully appointed hotel. Everything about the room was good, huge, comfortable double bed and the largest bath towels we have ever had. We enjoyed the breakfast selection with bacon, eggs etc, as well as cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and pastries . The young man on duty, Adrian, was friendly and efficient, an excellent advert for the hotel. The hotel is situated on a pedestrianised street but there is free parking a short walk away.

Having to come home

Unique building with a beautiful lobby. The interior is nicely decorated and you find everything that is needed for a weekend getaway, including yoga mat, and even hair straigthener. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved the breakfast, too!

The walls must be thin, because you can hear very well the noise from the lobby, corridors and other rooms. The shower is splashing a lot, and the closet to hang your clothes could be bigger.

The stuff was very friendly and the room super clean too! In the bathroom there was a hairdryer and a straightening iron as well. There were good amenities and the location is good too. Would recommend.

It was a gorgeous setting in a beautiful palace. The room was very big with a huge bathroom. The palace is right in the middle of the town close to restaurants and a supermarket is a 2 minute walk. I recommend anybody staying here.

The wifi was a bit spotty. Nothing that can’t be fixed with a signal extender.

The hotel is an old palace that has been beautifully converted. The interior is lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean with a large bed. Breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. Location could not have been better being only 100yds from the plaza de Constitution with many bars and good restaurants.

Nothing of note. Only a minor item, that is a preference of mine, would be a walk-in shower rather than the bath/shower combination.

I loved this hotel - beautiful and clean rooms and a great staff. The welcome drink was wonderful and much appreciated after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was the best I had in Spain.
