The breakfast was good, wholesome and adequate. Ambience cannot be helped as it is served in a basement with camp tables and chairs. Coffee was good, but the town being touted as the Coffee Kingdom (?) I was hoping for a better grade of coffee. Parking facility for about 4 or 5 cars — in front. Location is very good - restaurants are reasonably close by at 1.5 km or so.

The area behind the hotel needs to be aligned with “Swacha Bharat” as it was dirty and unkempt. The room did not have natural ventilation. To get air-change the AC has to be put on. The quality of the bed linen needs to be improved. Room had a smart TV. However, there is no “menu/guide” to the channels which the hotel has subscribed to. As a result one has to do a lot of surfing to get to a desirable channel, which is time consuming. Management should provide a list of channels to which they have subscribed. Didn’t notice any Fire drill posters.

When I planned the trip to Chikkamagaluru I was looking for a place that was not in the middle of the noisy city, but still well connected. Treebo Trend was the perfect choice. The room is spotlessly clean and the staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast they serve is Indian and very tasty. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is a very good restaurant called "Aramane" where they serve very good vegetarian food. I would like to give a special mention to the owner of the hotel, Mr. Rajath who came to the hotel to help me book a flight ticket. During the pleasant chat we had I realised that the hotel is an extension of his friendly and helpful manner. Treebo Trend is for me the best choice in terms of comfort and location for Chikkamagaluru.

Very clean,well maintained hotel.It is very luxurious and very modern,NFC door lock is an amazing feature.They provided water bottles, sachets of coffee,milk,sugar everyday. There was an electric kettle in room.

The location is too far from the city.You have to pay 80-100 Rs everytime you want to go to the city or come from it to the hotel. Also the nearest good restaurant is 3 km away and you have to pay 60/- as delivery charge if you order something from it. Breakfast is complementary,but mostly South Indian food.

this is a fairly newly constructed property. we booked 2 rooms. staff was very friendly to provide 2 adjacent rooms, everything was very good (cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, etc.). Location is superb-very near to city center. Best part is they have Liquor shop in attached building :-)

I deducted 2 points out of 10 because they doesn't have any kitchen. Only food available is Breakfast. apart from that, one has to find hotel or order online. Also the menu is same for breakfast on all days that's 2 Idly+1 vada.. yes daily. some lucky people may get a Dosa but its not in sufficient quantity I think.

I'm extremely happy with the stay I had at Treebo Trend The Meridian, Chikkamagaluru for 2 days. I stayed with my wife and everything was so pleasing for us. Rooms and hotel premises were very clean and all the amenities we were provided with were in excellent condition. We got space for parking for the entire duration of our stay. Breakfast was also tasty and was enough, quantity wise. Staff were also very polite and supportive. Overall that was one of best hotel stays we have ever experienced. Thanks Team Treebo.

Neat and clean room. Delicious simple south indian breakfast served in the room. Adequate tea/coffee supplies in the room.

Wifi connection was not there for entire two days, phone network and signal was satisfactory in the area. No proper parking, However there were no issues with it, all the cars were parked infront of the hotel only.

Very functional. Exactly as promised. Clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is served at 8 AM. No option to advance the timings as it is procured from outside. Some flexibility there would have helped us - since we planned on an early start. However, no incorrect expectations were set by the staff regarding the timings and food arrived as promised by them.

Breakfast was not so much option as they do not have restaurant facility but they arrange idli & dosa with a cup of tea/coffee in the morning. The location was very nice and nearby attractions are nearby, they help in tour planning and arrange vehicle as needed. The staffs were very supportive and keep the hotel clean. Very much worth to money spend.

To keep breakfast option like bread toast with butter/jam or juice or poha. The idli & dosa was good quality but some like us favor lighter food in the morning while going out for hill treaking.

The cleanliness and staff behavior.

The size of the room, we were 3 people and asked for extra bedding but ended up sleeping in the same bed which was meant for 2, because if you put extra bedding on the floor there will be no space to walk around or go to the bathroom without having to tip toe around. For 2 people it's a great option in the budget. If you are looking for a lovely view around, you won't get it since it is located at the start of chikmangalur and has a small town vibe

The room and restroom were super clean. as mentioned in all the comments the breakfast will be idli vada coffee tea. but those are super tasty. All our requests were resolved immediately by the staff. there are no restaurants near by. but you can easily order through Zomato and delivery will be super quick. If you are non vegetarian try out Hotel new hanumanthu Biriyani
