This spa hotel in Abano Terme is a good option for a relaxing stay. The indoor and outdoor pools are the highlight, with a connection between the two that is important during cold season. The restaurant is also charming. While not as fancy as others in the area, it serves excellent desserts, a decent breakfast, and mostly tasty dinners. The traditional Italian dishes like macaroni and spaghetti are particularly well done. The staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to provide anything you might ask for. In the hotel, they speak many languages including german and russian.

Like many hotels in Abano Terme, this one feels dated. Small details, like old power sockets that don’t fit modern plugs, outdated room layouts, and the blankets, stand out. The blanket situation is especially unpleasant - they don’t use duvet covers. Instead, they sandwich the blanket between two sheets, which means you might end up touching the same blanket used by hundreds of other guests. This is neither hygienic nor comfortable, especially if you’re sharing intimate moments with your partner. The spa facilities beyond the pool are also underwhelming. The sauna is unimpressive, the hot aroma shower lacks aroma (or heat), and the hot cave has a suspicious smell that detracts from the experience.

We liked the room size with one superking and two single beds. We liked the vibe on the 14th and 15th of August days, especially the pool foam party and the fireworks in the evening. The hot steam cave (thermal grotto) was great!

We didn't like the fact that the second pool and the new SPA were still under construction and we were not told that. We didn't like that we had to pay for using the SPA and the pool on the check-out day, after 11am.

Therms for a reasonable price. In march there were not so much people. We spent couple of hours in the spa. Rooms are nice and clean

The girl on the reception wasn’t happy to see me as I’ve done something wrong. I had to ask everything: where is the elevator, when does the breakfast start, how can we get to the spa and so on. Very unpleasant experience. I let the hotel know in advance that we had the food restrictions, got an answer that they do the best. Eventually doing nothing is their best. Girls at the breakfast area tried to find smth but not helped much.

Additionally, the plush bed ensured a restful night's sleep, enhancing my overall experience at the hotel.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was underwhelming, lacking variety and freshness. The options seemed limited and the quality didn't match up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the hair dryer provided in the room was ineffective and outdated, making it difficult to style my hair efficiently. It was noisy and barely produced any airflow, which was disappointing. Improvement in both these areas would greatly enhance the stay.

We had a wonderful stay with my spouse at Hotel Terme Venezia for the first time. It was a great experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The room itself was modern with a nice terrace and adequate space, and the bathroom was new and very clean. Although we didn't use the sauna and massage services, we enjoyed the hot indoor and outdoor pools, which were fantastic. The bar next to the pool was also intelligently designed, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and herbal tea. Dinner was decent, and breakfast was okay, although the quality was slightly lower compared to the other hotel amenities. However, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff made up for it, especially Mrs. Rossella, who enhanced our dining experience. Upon check-in, we were fortunate to be welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who checked us in and provided us with all the necessary information. The parking was also convenient, which made our arrival by car very easy. Overall, everything was excellent, and the high level of professionalism from staff like Rossella and Roberta made any minor issues insignificant. Congratulations to this hotel for having such exceptional employees

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Terme Venezia. The highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent and offered a great start and end to the day. The hotel also allows guests to enjoy the pool until 11:00 PM, which is perfect for a relaxing evening swim. Overall, it’s a great choice for those who value good dining and extended pool hours.

Beautiful room, I was fortunate to get an upgrade and stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was stunning. Bed ultra comfortable, huge bathroom, and a terrace.

The only complaint was having to get out of car in order to ring buzzer to open barrier for parking. Also, (this is minor) the juices at the breakfast tasted very artificial. I would suggest fresh fruit juice instead.

Great pool and spa area, never too crowded . Very quiet place, clean and comfortable

We booked on booking com a room with wooden floor and a balcony, instead we were given a room with carpets, no balcony and a small old bathroom. The person at the desk said that it was an upgrade because the room was bigger, but we weren’t happy and we thought it was actually a downgrade. Another thing we were not satisfied with was the food. There was plenty of choices but the food wasn’t good, especially meat and fish, desserts and breakfast cakes.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The thermal pool was lovely and there were lots of spa facilities available. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The hotel is situated in a great location with plenty of bars shops and restaurants and close to Padova, Venice and Verona.

The evening meals could only be bought as a package for the whole stay.

Rooms big enaugh to enjoy space. Big comfortable beeds, I enjoy the sleep. Balcony is a plus. Big bathroom lot of space. SPA area modern, sauna was Perfect to use and enjoy outsider hot termal pool. Breakfast was food but there should be more hot dishes to choose from. Very nice staf and hotel was clean and modern.

Old style rooms cold be refreshed.
