We were greeted upon our arrival by Monica, the property manager. She is very friendly and helpful. She learned why we were there and offered to change our reservation to a different room more suited to our needs. She wanted to know what kind of food we like and made several helpful suggestions for places to eat. The morning breakfast of fruit, rolls, and oatmeal was simple, but met our needs and was very tasty. It was just what we needed. She had asked when we checked in if I drank my coffee regular or decaf. At breakfast she had a fresh pot of delicious decaf ready for me. We were very satisfied with our stay at this slightly off the path quiet little motel.

Monica is such a sweet young lady. She's communicative, super friendly, even called to let me know the deer was in the yard, which was so thoughtful and delightful, and I appreciated it being included. I'm alone so much of my time. Inn is located off a main road where everything is at your disposal. The room was very clean, and quiet. There are two concrete picnic tables in a grassy area to enjoy a meal outdoors. I enjoyed my stay.

Bed was a little firm for my liking but I've had back surgery so my body aches. I need a soft mattress, or foam mattress topper to get a decent rest.

The location was fantastic! Easy to get to and very quiet snd peaceful. The property managers were wonderful people and their breakfast was awesome for a quick grab and eat. Sooooo many good choices. Stayed here to watch my son be sworn in the next day at Nashville MEPS. Glad I made the choice of this place. If I’m ever back down there this will be where I stay.

Thanksgiving Dinner and Fellowship outstanding. Fun and exciting staff, very friendly and knowledgeable of Sumner Co. where and what to do. Fresh hot coffee every morning and clean lobby with huge variety of pastries and more. Noise control and safe environment, several cameras and all monitors working. Offered an early check in, if room was ready without many questions from travelers needing to unwind and relax.

Several steps in need of repair, loose stones very hazardous. Climbing to second floor with very careful and extreme caution.

I absolutely loved the kind people at Relax Inn. Monica took it to a whole other level of courtesy by telling me a little about the area, local attractions, and nearby attractions in Nashville. Above and beyond!! I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be making another stay for my next Vacation.

The room was recently redone. New beds, new desks, it was extremely nice. Was worried when we pulled up, the outside hasn’t been redone yet but the rooms were so nice. My daughter and I stayed for a week for a softball tournament and I’m usually ready to get home to my own bed and I miss their beds. Very comfortable. Not busy, very peaceful, it’s close to everything but sits off the main road back by itself - was perfect.

Not that I didn’t like it, but this place will be really nice when the outside gets redone.

On a previous trip I decided not to stay at this property but we came this past weekend and thought we would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. It looks like they have done some renovations. The person at the front desk was very nice. It was quiet. It’s kind of tucked away in a place you wouldn’t expect a motel to be but that was not an issue for me. I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, easy to find, quiet, and inexpensive. Are usually stay at the Hyatt Regency down the street, which is nearly double the price. The beds are more comfy at the Hyatt, and they have a better breakfast, but I don’t usually eat breakfast there anyway, so that ends up being a moot point. I do wish the beds were a little more comfy on the stay, but other than that for the price that I had to pay, I don’t have any complaints.

A small basic room, no frills, but the bed was comfortable, and it stayed cool on the hottest week of the year. I would recommend a deluxe room over the alternative.

There was a small issue checking in that had more to do with Booking.com than with the hotel. The hotel was great about working it out.

Great location and really clean room. We’re staying for 12 nights and it was really comfortable. Will 100% visit again on my next visit

Air con was a wee bit loud but I’m a heavy sleeper so was fine for me
