Perfect location, one minute away from the main entrance to the park (through a gate from the side parking). Late night check-in was perfect and easy with the machine, we had done the pre-check in online already to gain some time. The information received from the hotel before our arrival was detailed and very helpful. Room was perfect with a very nice bunk bed and very comfy, very clean. No wardrobe to put clothes in, but many hangers on the wall and a space under the bed for the suitcase. Bathroom was perfect and new. Breakfast is good, although not replenished if you arrive late (around 9:30), cold and hot options were tasty (eggs, bacon, cold meats, bread, yoghurt, fruit...). The breakfast room is so close to the park you can join virtual queues while you are having breakfast :) Parking was great, just next to the hotel reception in building A, having the parking available the day we were leaving was super helpful. The shop in the hotel was perfect for snacks, drinks, coffee and late night pizza when we arrived at 21:30, very kind staff as well. Cleaning happens every other day, which was more than fine for us, but daily cleaning can be requested in reception. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent location.

Doors are quite sound proof and you cannot hear anything from other rooms. However this means that they slam shut quite noisily as they are heavy, and you can hear this as soon as people start going in/out of their rooms. Front desk was not very helpful when we went to ask for dinner recommendations, the person just shrugged their shoulders and told us to walk to the center of the village and look around (we had asked if there was somewhere we could eat typically German). No coffee nor kettle in the room, however there was complimentary water and sweets.

Rooms were modern and clean with cool bunk beds with netting features, the individual lights for the beds were great. Rooms had aircon, mini fridge and safe. Bathroom has a hairdryer. Bottles of water and sweets for the kids were waiting in the room. Pillows were large and not too poofy and the mattresses were firm yet comfortable. The breakfast had a lovely selection of hot and cold food with a good selection of beverages. The location is perfect, close to the park entrance and the bus stops with a short walk to the towns restaurants. There is a handy shop out the front that serves fresh pizza and hotdogs as well as lots of other snacks, drinks and bits and bobs, with benches out front to sit at. Staff were all lovely and happy to help.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the rooms making a buzzing sound every half hour or so during the night that kept waking us up but there didn't seem to be anything they could do about it? Was the only thing that caused us any issue and earplugs solved it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with enough choice to eat. Kid- and family-friendly foods available. The hotel has a really good position in Rust. You're at the Europa-park entrance in less than 5 minutes by foot. Restaurants are also close-by ans easily reachable by foot. You can rent towels if you like to visit Rulantica. But best buy the tickets in advance to not pay extra charges on the treatment of the tickets. Possibility to parc your car on the property (no extra cost)

The matrasses were unfortunately a bit hard to sleep on.

An extraordinary location, with very friendly staff, located 3-4 minutes walk from the access to Europa Park. Very clean room and bathroom, with everything you need, quiet, mini-fridge, safe, tv, air conditioning (when we arrived in the room in Europa Park we found the air conditioning turned on by the staff, which was wonderful). Self check-in and self check-out, which makes all the formalities enormously easier. Also a nice gesture and appreciated by us (we found a bottle of cold water and sweets in the room). A big plus is that you can leave your car in the parking lot in the morning, even if check-in is at 3:30 PM, as well as on the day of check-out (you can leave your car in the parking lot until the evening you leave, even if check-out is at 11:00 AM). Very varied and very tasty breakfast. Also, the pizza on the ground floor of the location tasted delicious. I recommend this accommodation unit to everyone who wants a comfortable and pleasant stay right next to Europa Park, both for short and long stays. I will definitely return to the same location whenever I visit Europa Park.

Everything was perfect.

The nicest staff! We were really looked after when we were let down last minute by another accommodation - Apartments La Rosa. The lovely lady on reception (whose name escapes me - I’m so sorry!) explained where everything was, upgraded our room and allowed us to check out late on our last day. This was just amazing customer service. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Really clean in the room, the only thing was the bathroom could do with a little extra attention in the corners and crevices; but to be honest, considering everything else that this hotel had to offer, I didn’t even care about that! The usual hotel hairdryer was included - if you have more than 3 hairs, prepare to be there a while, but that’s a minor inconvenience. All the bedding and towels were spotless, and the air con worked great. All the other staff we met were super friendly, they either managed to decode my bad and broken attempt at the German language; or could speak English which was amazing! We were literally a minutes walk to the entrance of Europa Park - ideal! I have already raved about this place to family and friends. Exceptional value for money. We will most definitely be back. We were two in a room with 3 beds, hence we had enough space. Also the room had a view towards Europa Park, so it was really great for my son to be able to observe Silver Star! Location for people visiting Europa Park couldn't be better, it is literally 50 M from the main entrance. In Haus A where we were, there was a lift, so accessibility for family was easy. There is electric charging station for cars. Breakfast is rich and variable.

Room for improvement - the hotel insists on self check in where you need to scan your passport. I personally don't feel comfortable scanning my passport on devices with questionable security when there is a physical person working on the reception. But the lady didn't want to do the check in, she insisted that everybody uses the machine.

Perfect location in proximity to Europa Park. Breakfast was modest but very nice. The staff was very kind and accommodated our early checkout by providing a generous lunch bag filled with juice, yogurts, croissants and sandwiches. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, room provided a complimentary water bottle and gummy bears.

This isn’t the property’s fault, and the staff kindly provided a contact number for a taxi, but it’s difficult to coordinate with public transport in the early morning. There’s no rideshare service in the area. We came from France, our train was rescheduled for much earlier and it was an ordeal to find an available taxi to take us to Ringsheim station at around 5AM.

This was our second stay at this property, and first time back since it changed hands. The new owners have refreshed the property and it is clean, comfortable and more neutral in colour. We stayed in the Aquarium room and enjoyed watching the fish swim along. The location cannot be beat - we returned to the room from Europa Park each afternoon to rest for a little while and enjoy the air conditioning before returning for the rest of the day.

The breakfast was fine but could possibly have a few more choices. A little more storage in the room would be helpful.

Super clean room. No chills right up Europa park perfect location. There’s a small grocery shop located on sure. Open on Sunday too Very good breakfast spread. I stayed later than the scheduled end time for breakfast and the staff still allowed me to grab my last orange juice before leaving. Friendly staff. N reception also friendly ;) Parking is free on site Cannot reserve but there are many parking lots. No problem fir us All v nice. I highly recommend It’s also bear ro a few good Italian places to eat. Like 5 mins walk away. :)

Rooms were very clean and lots of space for myself and my son. Very comfy beds. Clean bathroom with a shower. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed when you needed them. Free Wifi and aircon in the rooms. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety. Reception staff were very helpful with information on buses and the area. You can also hire towels from the reception for the Water pack for 4 euros, that was 2 towels and a beach bag. Nice little shop right beside the hotel selling drinks, pizza and snacks
