Every single thing we love because the hotel was clean, big and bed is so comfy, the balcony was so big n ther was chair n table you can sit have coffee n tea n enjoy the view from there too . The stuff of the hotel was very helpful (though they don't understand english, (the translator app works there very well). The breakfast was delicious n fresh, so much food to eat. Our 4th floor balcony room was perfect with the views, and we would love to stay there again whenever we go to ankara and highly recommend to all my friends n family. Outside of the hotel, you can see people walking around lots of food n coffee labs, cafes, and restaurants on walking distance.

What a nice hotel. We weren't expecting it to be so nice based on the 8.8 review score on Booking.com, but it exceeded our expectations. They gave us a corner room which was huge with a nice view. Super clean, excellent bathroom, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants so its easy to find something to eat. The staff was friendly and parking facilities were good. The room was overall good.

Close to a big street so there's quite some traffic, during the night its was rather ok. The breakfast is nothing special, could be a bit more elaborate. We had a room that was next to the elevator shaft which made a ton of noise each time the elevator was in use. The staff did gave us another room once we mentioned it to them so it was more an early inconvenience and not a real issue.

The staff is where this hotel shines. Interactions with people that work here were the highlights of every day during my stay. Overall, the hotel is great: it's quite, my room had a cozy balcony, it was clean and comfort. Also, there is an adjacent cafe serving good coffee: if there's a bad weather you can always spend time there.

This was a fabulous hotel and right in the center of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms have been beautifully decorated and are very modern looking. Plugs by the bed and lots of lighting, plus natural light. The room was very quiet, even though it was in a busy area. The bed was very comfortable and there was an armchair and a big wardrobe. The aircon and wifi worked perfectly too. Nice big shower and it had a rain head shower. Good sized bathroom. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and lovely and fresh. Staff were really nice and friendly too. Would have liked to stay longer.

Very nice hotel, great room, excellent shower. Good value for money. I highly recommend. Great neighborhood, many restaurant choices around.

Wi-Fi accounts and authentication are difficult to setup and use, easy for staff and guests to mistake access credentials.

The staff were very welcoming. I had to arrange a gift urgently, though the staff in the day shift had issue in speaking English through translation app we managed and it was spot on. I can't remember the young ladies name but she went beyond and got me what I wanted. So thank you to them ever so much.

I have no complaints except NO COFFEE DURING BREAKFAST ONE HAS TO BUY. Which I just felt a bit unfair.

There is a Gloria Jeans branch at the geound floor of the hotel. You can get discount when you show your card provided by the hotel. You have breakfast in Gloria Jeans. There are a few choices however it is ok if you eant to have a quick breakfast and go
