Excellent hotel. Beautifully decorated, modern, everything new and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast top. The bathroom is spacious. The hotel also has a restaurant with good food

The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces. As we wanted our motorbikes to be safe, we paid for parking for the period of our stay at the hotel (we slept for two nights). When we came back from driving on the second day, our parking spot was taken because they had sold it to someone else since we were not there. So you pay for the parking space, but you can't move out of it because it will be sold to someone else - that part wasn't really clear to us

It is all new, clean, modern and beautiful, but... Location is on the port by the sea and offers beautiful views. The breakfast was good... Overall it was ok, but not as great as expected... The staff were nice and kind, even if they couldn't really help...

Everything looks modern and new, but it is in fact cheap and not so great... The main issue was that there is no parking!!! A huge hotel on the port with no parking, there is unofficial parking, where it is clearly said that it is forbidden to park and also the staff said that our car can be tolled any time if the day and night there. So we had to move the car on the street where it is paid during the day and we had to walk on a super slippery icy road to the hotel... The standard double rooms only have double beds and if you want two single beds, you have to pay for a more advanced room... The light in the bathroom was strabge and didn't always work... And other small things that made the whole experience not as great as expected for a "Quality hotel"!

First thing first how we were greeted was amazing, with big smile polite talking and even congratulating us with our anniversary. Our room was made to perfection cocktails flowers and even a little note saying congratulations, it made us smile and very happy. The room itself was clean and tidy, it was warm we had no problem or complaints. Breakfast was at the reasonable time and it had a variety of food. Everything we tasted was delicious and specially chia pudding. We left extremely happy with hopes to get back to the hotel.

The only thing we had a bit of difficulty was with the parking . But it is the smallest problem.

Conference style hotel with good breakfast included. Clean, spacious and comfortable with great views over the water. Well equipped bathroom and quiet rooms.

Paid on booking for a twin but when arrived it was a double. Was told initially I had to pay extra for a suite to get a twin and booking shouldn’t have done that. It was sorted out with no additional charge. Just double check if booking a twin.

Great hotel, very helpful staff

Works in progress around the hotel. Limited parking. Limited evening meal options. We had chosen to stay there because it is close to the Hurtigruten dock as we had booked a Hurtigruten voyage to Bergen. We were misinformed by a staff member about Hurtigruten ship. We saw a Havila ship arriving and asked a staff member if it was Hurtigruten. We were told that they were the same, because Havila have taken over Hurtigruten. We rushed to the Havila boat and we're then told by the crew on the Havila that the Hurtigruten would arrive later. It meant that we had rushed from the hotel unnecessarily and ended up waiting for the Hurtigruten to arrive and missed breakfast at the hotel

Central location, comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, above average hotel breakfast included

Having a mini fridge in the room would have been helpful to keep some of our own food cold, however, the staff kindly stored this for us overnight (apparently no rooms have fridges). The car park building is also still under construction so keep this in mind - we were able to park very close on the side of a street which is free 5pm to 8am.

Nice modern hotel, well located, very confortable beds. Nice spacious bathroom and good shower. Quiet room at 11th floor.

Lack of available space for suitcases. Didn't get the wardrobe announced at Booking.com. As it was just a one night stay I didn't claim it. Very expensive car parking (over €30/day). Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

Spacious room, lovely views and amazing breakfast. the bed was also very comfortable

It'd have been nice to have an electric boiler for water (already great to have a coffee machine), also the bathroom was huge, but lacking space where to put your personal stuff; there is just a small sink and plenty of unused space!

Size of the family room and the view was amazing. Very good location close to shops etc in an re generated area.

The quality of the bedding, towels and toilet paper was not good, the worst we experienced in Norway and basic facilities in room, no coffee machine or nice extras… so NOT really quality hotel more of a budget hotel in a good location

Amazing staff, everyone's always ready to help and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Hotel room clean and everything in order, bed really comfortable and nice room decoration.
