We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel is situated in a relaxing location, perfect for a getaway from everyday life. I would particularly like to highlight the staff. Every single employee was incredibly helpful, always polite, and made us feel very welcome. This warm hospitality made our stay especially pleasant. Ibrahim Abi guided us everywhere, allowing us to explore many beautiful places in Trabzon. We can only warmly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for two days. I liked the location, it was 15 minutes from Uzangol lake. the room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Delicious breakfast.

One of the most cleanest hotel in Uzangol. It's located between the lake and Trabzon. It's not far away from the lake, it was only 10 minutes. The staff are so friendly.

The breakfast did not include more options. It did not deserve that much of cost in compared to the facility and the location.

the staff were really nice, the room is clean, the view on the lake was amazing and i really like the fact there is AC’s in the rooms

no tissue provided, the mattress isn’t the most comfortable, and the breakfast isn’t the best, and parking is so complicated

One of the few hotels in uzungol with a chain hotel standards and high quality . Very clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect, from receptionists Ismail, Ibrahim and all who makes my first trip to uzungol an amazing one. I highly recommend it to stay on this hotel with a car rental travelers.

the owner is there most of the time and he is very helpful as well as the staff
