Cleaning only one time / 2 days Breakfast is fixed it’s delicious but it’s same every day Rooms without AC !!! However it was so cold ,, but in summer time I doubt it !

I wanted to share my recent experience of staying at the hotel. It was truly a lovely stay, highlighted by its fantastic location. One side of the hotel overlooks the Uzongol River, while the other faces the mountain, giving guests a choice based on their interests. The hotel’s furniture and amenities were excellent, and the warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast offered was average, though it’s located in a nearby building, which has ample space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is great for a short stay, and I will definitely return to the same place on my next visit. The room size was good, and I appreciated that every room has a balcony, allowing us to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views. While the bazaar and restaurants are a bit far, they are accessible on foot or a quick five-minute drive if you have a car. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I am looking forward to my next visit!

The room is spacious and clean, the location is excellent and quiet, the reception staff are wonderful, especially Mohammed, who is very cooperative and well-mannered

Nothing all as per expectation.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Check in was quick and easy. They insisted on helping with the luggage despite the fact That I only had two small bags. They answered all of my questions and told me a bit about the region too. The room was very clean and comfortable! Although I didn't cook, the kitchen unit was well equipped for a short stay! One thing to know before you go - there is no alcohol to be found anywhere on the lake and they many cater to very religious tourist from the Arab world. If you are looking for a party, this is not the place for you!

The shower head is very low! I am 5'6" and had to bend under the shower head to wash my hair. There is no glass closure for the shower so water gets all over the place and the floor gets very slippery and the toilet paper can get wet. Although there are two TVs, there was no remote control in the room!

The property was clean with perfect view to the lake, and the staff was really helpful specially mr.Mohammed.

Staff at front desk was helpful especially Muhammad and Yousef tried at their best to support us to resolve our issues in their capacity

One thing I would like to mention that there are no AC in their hotel rooms and look like it is common for all hotels in that area However hotel can provide fan if needed but night get cooler even in august

Amazing location and newly renovated rooms. Alibey went out of the way to help us with food arrangements as being a vegetarian there were no options nearby. Thanks and will recommend.
