Good location that is easy to reach by car. Parking for cars. Walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Good staff.

Small rooms and halls. The don’t clean the room every day. No mirror inside the room. No voice isolation between rooms. No place to leave the bags in.

It’s was wide space, it’s suitable for big family with 6 persons (two bed rooms, big saloon with two sofa, two bathrooms and air conditioning in each room), most kitchen stuff is available, little far away from the Uzungol center which this is good for me to avoid the noise outside street. Long Balcony was also available on the Mountain View. The hotel staff was gentle knowing English and they arrange more blankets once we requested.

Once I got and enter the room, we have smelled bad smell from the kitchen, I believe the previous guest was using the kitchen which is normal situation, but unfortunately the cleaning process not was very good and it’s should be more clean, I didn’t try to ask the staff to clean, because we ware exhausted and we don’t want to wait more time, so I bought something like bleach, bleaching agent, and we start cleaning very well the kitchen.

Location was good

Staff was very rude and not supportive. There was no AC in bed room, a window was there on top of bed on the ceiling and direct sunlight on the face won't let you sleep.

1. Although we booked via Booking.com 2 one-bed room apartments on the ground floor (each with a balcony, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with sofa-bed), the hotel only provided us upon arrival with a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and one sofa-bed. I showed the receptionist my reservation from Booking.com but he said (I don’t care what Booking.com gave you.) 2. The apartment was dirty, with spiderwebs everywhere i indicating that the rooms were not cleaned regularly or properly. There were bedbugs. 3. Hotel services were very poor. I had to ask the receptionist repeatedly to clean the apartment but they informed me that they only clean every 2 to 3 days. 4. I asked them to bring my family towels but the receptionist repeatedly gave me a lecture that there were 16 rooms / apartments and they would not provide towels for all the travellers in every room. He gave me one towel to be shared by 3 family members! 5. There was no privacy, as you could hear people talking clearly or listening to music outside or inside the hotel. 6. There was no safe box 7. I asked for 3 garbage bags for each garbage bin available in the apartment but was only given one. 8. I had to ask them to provide linen for the sofa bed. 9. There was no gas in the kitchen stove 10. The free Wi-Fi rarely worked and if it worked, it was so slow that I had to use my personal internet data
