We came to Turkey because we love the country, and we are eager to learn Turkish and explore Turkish culture.. - 1-The family is simple, kind, and lovely my family loved them. 2-Akram has a great personality he is hardworking and dedicated. 3- The family’s Akram made us feel at home. 4- You have all the services under and there is a nice restaurant in the hotel that you will surely like. The family's energy is also very beautiful. - Things you should do: 1- It’s helpful to know some Turkish and be aware of local prices to avoid misunderstandings. 2- Paying directly from the hotel is much cheaper than booking through any app. You can go directly to Akram and book if there are rooms available.

1- Breakfast is open for more than three hours, which may mean there is no cover. You can see the bees and insects going in and out. Sometimes if you are late you might get cold breakfast because there is no cover. 2- Prices for tourists can be higher than for locals, so tourists should be aware and try to learn some basic Turkish and Numbers. I had more than one situation happen to me while I understand Turkish in the grocery stores downstairs, but I ignored it to avoid problems. However, you can leave if you see exploitation without speaking. There should be awareness for tourists.

-ikram and his family are super nice. -clean rooms and bathrooms -there is a supermarket under the hotel -mosque is opposite the hotel -there is a utility store opposite the hotel -on the way to sultan murat

-window was open so insects got inside the rooms but ikram gave us pest spray -weather was warm in the room but we were provided with a fan -basic breakfast. Omlette extra charge

The hotel is located in a small village just off the road to Uzungol lake. It is family-run hotel with spacious clean rooms and has a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast or dinner. We would definitely recommend the alabalik (trout) since they farm it themselves! We had a very comfortable stay in our room which had a sofa and bathroom downstairs and 1 double and 3 single beds upstairs. Although we were only with 3 persons this was perfect for us since we could make a bigger bed for our 2yo son so he didnt fell out ;) also we were able to enjoy time downstairs in the living room while our son was sleeping.

Sadly the wifi was (hardly) working and there are some small maintenance issues that could be fixed but overall we had a lovely stay!

Staying here will give you an experience with an amazing feeling, and the family that runs the hotel is a wonderful and friendly. The location is good, the breakfast is fabulous , and the building is a wonderful and clean style.

Things for improvement: To boost WI-FI signal reaching all rooms

I enjoyed staying in this place .. The family that runs the place is friendly and kind. The people of the village are very kind and simple. You enjoy spending time with them. An exceptional experience in the countryside away from the noise of the city

ibrahim and his family are surviving this hotel. they are so kind and friendly. location is near to good places and it’s not fare away from Uzangol it’s less than 17km. I would recommend it to everyone you should try it.

first time ever i have been in a hotel and felt like home people in this hotel are extremely friendly and treat us like family am very thankful to the hospitality of the people here having said that the hotel is new and very clean location is fantastic as its in the middle of everywhere highly recommend hotel

Quiet and beautiful place, good people, there is a restaurant, the place is an hour and a quarter from Trabzon

There is no air conditioning, you feel uncomfortable when you want to sleep, noisy when other people arrive

The Staff is very much kind and the place so quiet
