I spent one night at Nova Uzungöl and had a really good time. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were super friendly. My room was clean and cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains and lake, which made it the perfect spot to relax. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the lake and a few scenic spots. I didn’t get to explore much, but it was easy to get to everything I wanted to see. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was awesome for uploading photos and staying connected on social media.

The staff are AMAZING & FRIENDLY, Yousif was very helpful and very cooperative,, The apartment was clean and had everything u need for long or short stay, this is my 2nd time with them, they are my favorite place in Uzungol. Away from the noise and traffic around the lake but not far away for a walk. I feel safe and my car also.

It's been alot of construction around the area , just because the municipality are renewing the roads for the season which is after 2 weeks , so that's it.

I loved it, cozy, simple, well equipped as hotel apartment. away from the noise of the traffic and people around the Lake, yet 3 mints walk from the lake. spacious balcony with chairs and table enough for4 adults. I booked one bedroom, but its actually enough for 2 adults and 3 kids or 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 bathrooms with showers. microwave, stove, fridge, hot kittle and TV. and elevator. and parking place. I felt safe for solo traveller. as the main entrance has watchmen. if you want to detach this is the place. The rate was reasonable maybe it was the end of the season.

The bathrooms can be cleaner. I stayed there for 3 nights no one came to clean my room. and to be honest I didn't ask. I had bad times with the WIFI keeps disconnecting. but they keep coming to fix it.

This our second time to stay. We choose to stay hear based on out first time experience. Let me mention the only plus point. The hotel is near to the lack at a walking distance from all shops and restaurants. Otherwise it was totally the opposite of our first experience will not stay here again

The room was not cleaned before we arrive only the bed was made with bed sheets didn't look clean. The towels smell very bad and changed again with a set of towels smelling bad. The room was not cleaned though we complained from the first day that there's is dirt in the room from the first guest who stayed before us. The toilet is in a mess you can't take shower with the full toilet getting filled with the water with failed drainage system. The issues raised many times to the receptionist they never bothered I think because they they got their money that the only thing matters to them I think booking.com should set certain hygienic criteria to these hotels and look into customers satisfaction.

Hotel had very nice balcony, with chairs and table. it has stove, refrigerator and microwave. I enjoyed the hot water and the floor heaters. Its very nice and quite place to go to detach from all bad times.

The carpet can be cleaner, there are no tea nor sugar or coffee,,

I love staying in Nova Uzungol. The apartment is very nice, comfy and the view from our balcony is so stunning with the snow on the peak. My daughter ask to stay one more nite in uzungol. Definitely we will come back again in uzungol and perhaps will stay again in Nova. Thank for for your superb hospitality. I knew that we came not in the month of many people come, but the host is very nice. He even provide extra bed with no cost for my lovely daughter. I love the serenity and the beautiful Uzungol

The location of property is near to the lake. 1 -2 min by car. The room was clean comfortable. The temperature outside was like cold like 9 at night but inside it’s so warm that you don’t feel it. The receptionist Yousuf was friendly and helpful all the time.

The sound proof has to be improved. I could literally hear the other room conversation.

The stay was good

When we were checking out of the hotel at 6:30am, there was no one at the reception for us to checkout. We left the keys at the reception and left.

I love staying in Nova Uzungol. The apartment is very nice, comfy and the view from our balcony is so stunning with the snow on the peak. My daughter ask to stay one more night in uzungol.I love to see the cats are everywhere in Nova..hehe.Sadly,i left my water bottle in Nova.Definitely will come again,

This hotel is almost near to all shops and the staffs are nice and kind hearted. The room is super beautiful and the bed is big. I recommend solo traveller and families to come to this hotel. When I stayed here, it’s off season, so most of the shops are closed. The staff even dropped me off at the Dolmus station for free. 7-8min to Uzongol lake.
