The room and bathroom were clean. We also used the laundry room, which was inexpensive! Interestingly, a staff member recommended that we use a local laundromat instead, which seemed odd.

The staff member we interacted with a few times mentioned that breakfast food had not been ordered by another staff member and that someone had to order from Costco. Then at breakfast, he said that this was "Depression era cooking," indicating that he scraped some stuff together. The breakfast was honestly fine/typical. It was odd that he kept mentioning what went wrong. It's also disappointing to pay a fair amount for a stay, only to be told that breakfast was considered subpar.

We are handicapped and had the best room. Bathtub and a shower chair if needed. We were there for baseball tournament and the baseball team stayed too. Our room had a separate seating area with a second tv. Accommodations were excellent!

Only complaint was our microwave didn’t work but staff let us use one in breakfast area to heat our food and pop popcorn!

Location is easy to get to. Within walking distance of some stores and restaurants. The staff was super polite and friendly. The room was a good size, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, although I wish the waffle maker was not broken. Great value for the money!

It was a bit close to the road, somewhat noisy due to that. I also had noise from people loading their trucks outside my room, but that's not a big deal.

Room was good size and clean, the location was great and within walking distance to groceries, gas and a few restaurants, and Dutch Bros was just outside the entrance! Breakfast in the morning was not disappointing and had a good variety of options. Appreciated the staff who you can see still takes pride in each of their jobs!! Definitely will be back to stay if ever traveling through or back for a concert at the nearby casino.

Could not find anything I would have changed on this overnight stay.

Timothy the young that checked us in was amazing and so helpful. It was late and he had one guests after another. Not only do we have a logging company we also have Lodging (The Davies Family Inn, Placerville, CA) so I know how hard it is to find good help. Timothy was kind and helpful.

No parking close to the building.

The rooms were very clean and nice, albeit dated. The pool and spa were nice and the breakfast was good with lots of options.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and it is in massive need of renovation, especially on the outside.

bathtub needs more than one grab bar for safety in getting in and out, carpet very dirty, and pet hair not thoroughly vacuumed.

Breakfast was great. There were multigrain healthy options, bananas, apples, and even nondairy milk! It was nice to use real dishes and utensils rather than wasteful paper/plastic products.The hot tub was under a gazebo and up to temp. Location was close to the S Umpqua River Trail, which we walked in the morning. Room was small but comfortable. TV, A/C, lights, refrig, and microwave all worked well. Bed was comfy.

You could hear some road noise. Decaf coffee was weak.

Lush bedding. Close to freeway. Excellent breakfast. Good price. Great staff who took the time to teach me how to edit my iPhone after a new version kept me from locating information I needed to check in.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure I had a space to park my moving truck even though there is not a lot of space available. The room was spacious.

The carrier needed better vacuuming and the fridge wasn’t on when I arrived.
