I ve been to many different hotels, motels, and airbnbs in the US, but this was the cleanest I ve ever stayed in. I have to mention I am very very very specific and high maintenance when it comes to cleanliness. The rooms were nicely furnished. The mirror was great to do makeup. The water pressure was great. The mattress was just like I liked it. Might be a little firm for some ppl. The owner was very nice and extremely accommodating. I had an issue with the TV, and he fixed it immediately. Also my friend came buy and was allowed to use the hotel parking lot without any issues. Free parking was definitely a perk. The outside area has flowers and trees and you can sit there and enjoy coffee in the morning. The beach is accross the street and it's nice and clean. There is a supermarket and several food places within walking distance. All in all, a great place to stay.

Driving off the parking lot has to b done carefully because there is a ditch. The outside could be a tat bit more inviting to represent the awesome place you find inside.

Everything I mean absolutely everything. 10/10. It's a small quiet area 20 rooms. The owner and his wife are great they checked on me. They have an outdoor courtyard with beautiful patio furniture and plants. It's near the beach and all the hottest food spots. And the price was great. Definitely my spot everytime I come in to town‼️❤️

I like that the rooms are updated and kept clean and there’s a nice bed and such decent variety of TV channels.Also the shower is nice. I also like that they give multiple bars of soap so you have plenty to wash your hands with as well as young use for taking a shower.

It’s a minor quibble, but I think just with the washcloths being laid out on the toilet kind of leaves me a little Leary due to being OCD. I just use the towel I believe is meant to be like the face towel. I figure this is just easier. Minor other quibble is just location because it seems like it’s kind of far from everything.

The room and grounds were exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. I was traveling alone, and felt very safe the entire time

The unit had been recently renovated and they did an exceptional job. The unit was clean and attractive and warm. Everything worked perfectly. Great shower with nice pressure. Close to the beach, within a one minute walk.

I can't complain at all. The value for the money was excellent!

Was so nice a quiet .an a beach near by .the staff was very friendly an so nice .a they were so helpful when I got there to check in late .the room was very nice an clean an neat . Definitely will book a stay there again .

Nick, who owns the place along with his wife, was incredibly friendly, helpful and nice! I was coming to town to run a half marathon in Virginia Beach and he kindly answered logistical questions I posed before I even booked my room. Upon my arrival he continued to provide great tips to ensure I had a wonderful stay. To be able to walk across the street to see a beach sunrise was magical.

I loved the location. It was 1 block away from the beach and the property was nice and quiet (sans the airplanes coming and landing at the base but that's all the hotels in the area). I bought the room for myself and I will say it's a perfect place if it's just you (and 1 other person)! I would book here again given the chance.

Honestly better than I expected. I needed someplace cheap but of good quality. It cost me 118 for the night and for Virginia Beach that’s not bad. The guy at the front desk was very polite and the room was very clean. The courtyard is very pretty as well.
