Enjoy when staying in this hotel so much and I can say about it all day, from the bellman to a girl cleaning the room, EVERYONE make this hotel PERFECT. We stay in 2705 and the view is top notch. I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Queen Ann Nha Trang team for making our stay so truly memorable. During my visit from, I was especially impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by each staff member. Their attentive and thoughtful care extended not only to me but also to my mother, making us feel like honored guests and cherished friends. The service for the Queen Ocean restaurant was fabulous. Impressive afternoon tea, evening cocktail, and great taste with nice presentation from Mr Hung chef. Breakfast quality and service at morning also one of my favourite so far. Higher recommended Queen Ann Nha Trang!!

The hotel itself was great, the room quality, comfort and cleanliness was great. We loved the pool area and the view from the hotel. The location was good, too. My stay at the Queen Ann Nha Trang created a memorable experience that I am very pleased with, simply PERFECT. The immaculate room cleaning service, friendly staff, and warm receptionists contributed greatly to a comfortable stay. I chose this hotel for my important and meaningful date 31 Dec, we're served with a delicious setmenu, the atmosphere is fantastic with the firework at 00.00am for 2025 celebration. While I look forward to visiting Nha Trang again, I definetely choose this again.

Beyond excellent, all beyond my expectation, good location, so spacious room, really helpful staff who always support you as needed, breakfast is a mini party where I can enjoy morning with a sea view restaurant, tasting meals with a fresh and tasty ingredient, an attracting Cappuchino make my day so perfect, Spa is a must come, staff here are so caring and good therapist. It was an amazing stay at this incredible, high-quality hotel. This was our third time staying here, and it just keeps getting better. The team is the best I’ve ever seen — attentive, responsive, and supportive with all kinds of requests, whether at the reception, on the beach, or in the restaurants. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Thank you for another memorable stay!

This hotel was located right across the street from the beach. They upgraded us to a larger room on the 27th floor with a sitting room as well as a balcony that looked out onto the beach. They room was delightfully cool, had a comfortable bed with comfortable linens, and was quiet - key to a great night's sleep. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner on the property - all delicious. But the most outstanding part was the staff - they went waaay out of their way to help us confirm our flight when VietJet's site refused to switch to English (the manager even worked on the problem from her office computer and sent us the confirmation later!) And not only was the staff diligent, but there was a great number of them, so that there was never a wait for assistance. I could not rate this property more highly. It is also a short taxi ride from the Cham ruins, which were interesting. And located perfectly for a day trip to the city of Da Lat.

Not a thing

We had amazing time in Queen Ann Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The prices in the hotel ( spa, pool bar, restaurant ) were very reasonable. The staff in the hotel was exteremely polite and helpful. We had to walk across the road to get to the beach, by it didn't bother us. The beach was clean.

The hotel's location isn't perfect. There are lots of shady places around with some dishonest people. They are getting money by tricking the tourists. Do not even think about eating in "seefood places" around. Do not repeat our mistake! Of course it has nothing to do with the hotel directly. But I think if the "hotel" takes care about its visitors it will make a warning note and put it in each room to help the tourists not to get in trouble.

It is a nice hotel far enough from the cloudy centre of Nha Trang with its own facilities on the beach (on order but free). Our room (Premium double ocean view) was good after partial renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and all the necessary cosmetics are in the bathroom (just no body lotion). It is also nice that both the bath and shower cabin are in the bathroom. The hotel has a very professional and good staff at reception and in restaurants (Our congrats to the manager!). The indoor pool is small but nice and clean. We also highly recommend the following: our dinner on the 28 floor was excellent, with live piano and very tasty food - just ask the restaurant manager, Ms Kim Huong, for support and advice.

The old carpet in the room has an unfresh view and smell. It would be nice to add scales and a small mirror to the bathroom.

Room with sea view, most staff are helpful and polite, nice facilities such as pool, restaurants, spa. Very good massage. They also offered free drive from and to the airport and food voucher for longer stay.

Breakfast on the main 4th floor was crowded with a lot of people, so they moved us to 6th floor to have it more quiet. I suppose that was good intention, but it would have been better if I was informed that breakfast on 6th floor was small and food was much more limited. Also coffee option is basic, and they charged to order better ones.

Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Clean, good breakfast.

Very limited number of sun beds on the beach, so you are allowed to spend only 3h on the hotel beach. But there is an opportunity to rent sun beds near by just for 150.000 per day (2 sun beds and umbrella). Staff in the restaurant speak poor english, so sometimes there are misunderstanding and confusion.
