They have a private area of the beach with sun-beds available for hotel customers. However, beds are very limited. Nowhere near enough to accommodate the people staying at the hotel. I’d say there were around 20 sun-beds available. The hotel has 22 floors, with 10 rooms on each floor, so it is very difficult to get a bed on the beach.

The hotel is opposite the beach but is a little far from the main town, however it's a nice walk along the sea front, and Grab cars are readily available. Breakfast is a feast - there's everything you could wish for, including an 'egg bar' where you can get omelettes, fried or scrambled eggs etc. We used the gym which had some weights (could do with a flat weight bench) and a treadmill. The pool looked really nice but we didn't get chance to use it. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with cotton sheets (which you don't always get in Vietnam). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with good toiletry provisions. We had a little balcony with a sea view - the room does face another hotel but I think they all probably do in that area! The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful, and I didn't get chance to tell him but the young man working in the restaurant late at night spoke exceptional English! Once we had checked out and were en route to our next accommodation I realised I had left my Kindle at the hotel. I was really worried that I had lost it forever, but I contacted them and they confirmed they had found it and would post it to our next place, which they did! I am so grateful. Thank you so much for doing that and for a lovely, comfortable, relaxing stay.

he room was excellent, and amazing value for money! Staff were super friendly (Ms Khanh, Nie )too , and the location was right next to a mall which made for easy dining.

The breakfast wasn’t the best (mostly catered to Asian travellers), but it wasn’t bad either

The room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. We were given twin beds by mistake but the staff (ms Chau and co) were great and sorted it very efficiently. Breakfast top notch, even had a cooked vegetarian/vegan option although it would be good to label it clearly as such to save us vegans prodding it suspiciously. Really nice part of the beach too for a morning dip. The pool was nice but too small for a proper swim.

The seaview would have been magnificent before the queen Anne hotel was built in front of it, now its partial at best. I'd actually prefer a city view next time as facing the back of queen Anne with bits of sea either side is frustrating. The gym is disappointing, you can't do as much as you think you can from the pictures.

1. The view was really nice, we had a sea view room and although there is a large hotel infront of Emerald Sky, the room we had we could look out onto the sea. 2. The room is nice and decently spacious, with modern finishes to it. 3. The hotel has a lift and speed was ok (it has over 20 floors so its busy). 4. A wide variety selection for their breakfast buffet. 5. Didn't find time to make use of their pool; the sauna was not on at the time 6. It is very near the beach, a walking distance just as they said. Also about 10 minute drive along the beach front road to city center.

1. The hotel entrance is a bit awkward - it is in a pan-handle street that is coming off the main road. The stairway entrance is very steep and makes carrying your luggage into the hotel abit difficult. They don't have a ramp so you literally carry your suitcases into the hotel lobby. 2. The night stand next to the bed was very low - it is the room design but it's not comfortable. Just way to low. But this is not a biggie at all!

The hotel is fantastic, located just a short walk from the beach in Nha Trang. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink and assisted with an early check-in, which was a great start to our stay. Throughout our time there, everything was excellent—our room was always clean and well-maintained. the receptionist was very helpful and professional, always ready to assist and ensure our stay went smoothly. A big thank you to Mr. Huy and the entire team for their wonderful hospitality!

One thing to note is that the beach area has a limited number of sunbeds, so guests need to arrive early to secure one. It would be great if the hotel could add more sunbeds or provide extra mats/cushions when the sunbeds are full, as it would make guests feel more comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently situated with its own beach and a beautiful view from the room. It also has amazing breakfasts- mix of European and Asian options. Beds very extra comfy, bathrooms were spotless. Staff were also very attentive. We highly recommend the hotel

Everything was great but bathrooms would require more than one hanger for towels as two or more people in the bathroom need to hang towels and wet swim suits or bathrobes after the pool. Also on floor 29 the water pressure was weak but understandable given the height of the building.

Thank you Huy for helping me change my room from a lower floor to a higher floor and check in early at only 50% of the room rate for arriving early. The room and view were incredible! delicious breakfast. It is in a very accessible location where most tours will pick you up from the lobby. You are 1 road up from the beach with multiple shops and restaurants just outside the lobby. The infinity pool on the top floor was also stunning. All in all, we experienced very clean facilities and staff that want to make your trip as amazing and carefree as possible. We 100% would recommend and will definitely be coming back on our next visit.

Location is good, rooms are comfortable if a little small, but think that’s maybe to be expected in Nha Trang. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice both of Asian food and more Western cuisine, and everything was well stocked and refilled

Had to leave my passport as a security deposit, which I don’t love, also the only place in Vietnam to ask for this so far. The fridge in the room also never got properly cold, which isn’t the best when it’s really hot outside!

Excellent location, right in the center but in an alley about 15m from the main street Tran Phu, which gives just enough distance from the noises. For the price it's unbeatable. Breakfast is large enough & focuses more on Vietnamese cuisine. Super friendly and professional staffs gave lots of supports.

For the star rating,kinda like entry level of 5 stars. But this is the same issue with many hotels in Nha Trang in general. So the hotel is actually good in comparison to other same level hotels in Nha Trang, just not as high as some 5 stars I've been before. But again, you get what you pay for. Got some minor issues in the room and the hotel staffs did react quickly and gave as much supports as possible.
