The hotel, located down an alley off the main beachfront road was well located. Easy walk across the road to the beach, and walkable to the centre. The bed was very comfortable, and spacious. We had a city view, to the rear of the hotel, with open views to the hills, over what was an airport, that is now disused and awaiting development. We were provided coffee mix and bottled water each day. A small selection of mini bar items were available although we did not make use of these amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of food, bread, pastries and fruit, as well as coffee and juice. The pool area is small, but offered nice (partially obstructed) views of the beach, and offered some shelter when it rained one afternoon. The pool was clean. Robes were provided in our room for use at the pool. Residential floors were only accessible using the room key in the elevator, offering added security to guests.

The room was not well sound insulated. Conversations in the hallways and at the elevator echoed into our room. We could hear sounds from other rooms, too.. That said, some guests were very loud, so perhaps if they spoke more quietly the noise in our room may have been less intrusive. It would have been nice if there was tea available in the room in addition to coffee.

Staffs and security are so friendly and kindness. My son was sick and vomit in the front at hotel, an old security helped us to clean up and took care of my son. I gave him tip but he refused and gave it back to my son to buy toys. I was so impressed and appreciated his mind and reception

The hotel is very clean and most importantly no smell. If there are stains on the bed linen, you can ask the staff to change the linen and they will do it without any problems.

We asked for a second chair for my wife, the same as the one in the room. But this service was refused and they brought a dirty plastic chair.

Amazing value for money, especially as a plentiful Asian style breakfast was included. The Lucky Sun is a traditional modern high rise building, with an obstructed view of the sea,as it sits behind two neighbouring high rise hotels. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean,with a great view of the city,especially at night,and across to the beautiful mountains in the background. Check-in was swift and everything we needed to know for our stay was explained .The lift is very quick, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast every day. There is a small rooftop pool which isn't for the faint hearted,as the views are staggering ! We booked to come again as we were so impressed.

Good location, quiet, easy to park cars

Location is great, especially if your are fluent in Russian. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking and you get all the services you need within walking distance: groceries, laundry, and restaurants. ATM's are like 1 km away. Laundry service was great, the breakfast was less than 4 dollars per person per day, the pool is decent and all personnel was nice and helpful. The bed was awesome, I think it's been a while since the last time I slept deeply and comfortably in a hotel room. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Everything was clear from beginning to end.

The view was not the best, but I also think the cost compensates for it. The bathroom with a giant window is a very unusual for me. It can be covered, but still feels weird (hehe). I also find it unusual that there is no shower curtain, so after every shower the bathroom was wet and messy. The location is great for the beach, but not so much for the night life of Nha Trang. If you enjoy walking, it should pose no problem.

Room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants etc. Its on the far end of the nha trang "strip" so a little quieter on this end of the beach. Relaxing roof terrace with the pool. Overall good value, thanks!

Breakfast was 90% vietnamese - fried noodles, pork stew, fried rice etc (fair enough we are in Vietnam! But in this heavy tourist area most hotels cater to a range of visitors). Outside of this choice was a peice of fruit, egg, bad sliced bread, but the coffee was decent. Breakfast staff also a bit unfriendly / inflexible e.g. one morning my partner was sick and so could not come to the breakfast buffet for the obvious reason of risking infecting other guests. I politely requested to be allowed to take him a peice of fruit to the room but staff insisted he must come up himself and eat it there despite the risk to other guests.

The hotel is located in the south center - not so noisy, many cafes with good prices, close to the beach and services like laundry, tours, etc. The room is quite big and it is comfortable for a long stay. The staff is friendly and polite. They have parking for bikes and renting bike service. Daily cleaning service, bottles of water and packs of coffee. Breakfast are good. The city view is good, no buildings arounds so you can see mountains.

The swimming pool is cold, the gym is tiny and outdated. Breakfast serves only till 9 a.m. The bath doesn't have a shower curtain. The temperature of water in the shower might be warmer.
