You felt like you were in a luxury environment from visual expectations .

Food was so bad . Apaulingly cooked . Selection was terrible . We actually ate out 3 nights of our 6 night stay . Breakfast was horrible. Zero selection and the table was flooded with nibbles which were returned by us untouched . Gym was so hot . AC did not work correct and when there was 3 or more people in the gym it was overcrowded. Service was shocking . We constantly repeated our ordered and actually went to the bar to get drinks for ourselves as it was so much faster.

Great food, beautiful territory, amazing beach entrance, music was on point

Sound isolation from room to room is awful u can hear what people talking about. Pillows were really bad. Cleaners didn’t really clean the room properly I always walked into hair and sand in my room, also they didn’t refill minibar. Staff barely speaks English, like I had to use translate on breakfast to explain “fried eggs”.

We had rested here for 4 days , this was an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful, all facilities are new , room was clean and very fashionable. The bed was so comfortable! The food was very delicious. Breakfast was big. A lot of elegance in all details. Thank so much, now we have our favorite hotel.

The kitchen, the food was our biggest disappointment, with limited options and small portions, the food was not tasty, and the waiting time was too long during breakfast only. Sometime had to wait more than 30 min to be approached.

Ambiance and facilities were very good. Pool and beach side were good.

We didn't have much choice on food buffet. I was looking forward for more turkish food

Room was very nice, interior design is matching summer vibes. Specious rooms. It is very peaceful resort.

Stuff doesn’t speak English. Service is a la carte , so if u re vegan u may stay hungry. No gluten free options ( even no gluten free bread) Crew not professional, except Mr Ramadan who was speaking english and was super friendly and professional. Toilets next to the pool re not maintained clean, there was no toilet paper, never… It is very pricey, and not a 5* hotel/resort. If u don’t bring your own iron , be ready to pay, as iron is not provided, or ironing table. Even in a neighborhood, no chance to buy an iron. Lunch was more like a snack bar, than ,,lunch,, Only few healthy options… If u ask for diet drink, u ll get regular. If u order oatmeal or cereals, be ready to ask 1000000% for a spoon. No soups… It is just not 5* service , what do u expect when u pay almost 2000€ for 4 nights. Pretty disappointing… but it has the most beautiful summer breeze!!! And it is pretty calming. It is very cat friendly, staff is taking care of cats during all seasona so u can enjoy with cats !! ❤️

The hotel is very beautiful. Everything is new, the stuff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and nice. The sea is beautiful and the whole area of hotel is amazing.

The thing we really didn’t like is food. The food in restaurant is just not good. Starting from breakfast. It felt like they were kept giving the same plate of cheese to people for 2 weeks. Some cheese were bitten by someone before plus nothing was fresh. The coffee cup was with someone’s lipstick. Then, for lunch they have only fast food. Like pizza and pasta. And if you are vegetarian like me there is nothing to eat. No fish or nice salads. Only pizza burgers and sandwiches. Then, dinner they have different cousines. The food is bad. The salmon for 30 euro was the size of small finger and not eatable at all. We paid more then 150 euro and left dinner hungry. Unfortunately there is nothing around. So you can’t find any restaurants nearby. The hotel is good, its just be ready for the absence of good food.
