Classic building beautifully renovated direct on the sea front and easy walking distance to all the sights. Staff are exceptional and really work hard to make everyone’s stay to be the very best they can. The restaurant is also well worth a visit even for non-residents. Great takes on traditional Greek dishes as well as more modern recipes. Breakfast on the terrace one of the best ever if you don’t mind ordering from a menu.

One downside: no pool. But there is the sea and decent beaches are a half hour walk away.

A great stay at a beautiful hotel. The building has been impeccably restored, blending historic charm with a clean, modern aesthetic. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortable. The hotel was nice and comfortable. but I am not sure if it is a five star holiday. The waiters are kind and do good job. Food are tasty but not many choices.

We didnt like the attitude of the officer at reception at last day. We came room at 11:05 am to take our luggages and door has already been locked and the way the officer behaved not kind and he is very naive. This hotel needs to have more experienced, emphatic and kind officer at the reception.

This was such an incredible stay. The staff went over and above to ensure we had an enjoyable visit. So much thought was put into the design of everything - from small things like the glassware to the decor, art, and views all whilst also preserving the history of the building. The vibe was upmarket without feeling elitist. We were celebrating a 25th birthday and the staff really made my friend feel very special. The breakfast offered as inclusive in the price of a stay was extremely worthwhile. There was lots of choice available and you order from a menu so not a buffet style which was much nicer (there were also alternative milks available for coffee! Oat/Almond/Soy). It is also very centrally located. 5/5 for this place - if I return I would love to stay here again.

Location was excellent, so close to the port. It provided a luxurious end to our holiday after being on another island and travelling on ferries. We had breakfast at the Albergo last year after coming off a Blue Star ferry before dawn. This year we decided to get an earlier ferry and stay overnight - we have not regretted it!

Beautiful room! Super stylish hotel. Top service. And even better breakfast. Definitely one of the better hotels we have ever slept in! Great view over the sea. It was super.

Nothing. All good. Maybe the WiFi was a bit slow. But who needs WiFi with a view that is soo good.

Breakfast was great, location was great, room was great, staff was great. The complimentary bicycle was a real treat.

It was the last weekend before they closed for the winter, so it was slightly chaotic with cleaning stuff in the elevators, not very clean windows etc.

this is our second visit to the hotel and we love everything, the beautifully comfortable beds the fabulous staff and the location.

There was no kettle in the room and so we could not make tea, a small thing but sometimes tea is better than coffee.

The hotel was superb, very authentic, staff were professional, warm, attentive and responsive- nothing was too much trouble. I have booked for next year I was so impressed

I liked all of it- there was no gym but this was not an issue we cycled to the sister hotel and staff there were just as receptive.

We were welcomed warmly. Our room was clean comfortable and spacious. The position is close to everything and the outlook is stunning. The restaurant was exceptional.. We loved the whole experience. .
