Location, Restaurants are close to the facilities. This is a high end hotel, great rooms and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, they found me a conference room for free. Wifi works very good. The Buffett is to die for and the Argentinian restaurant on the low level is outstanding. Rooms are big and everything works, we are "shower" picky and we liked it a lot. There were enough hangers and all appliances worked just fine. Housekeeping is very accommodating, we had to ask for a late service a couple of times, and they did it.

There are not showers or locker rooms next to the gym or the pool which makes it a bit inconvenient, especially if you sue the pool. If you use the gym is fine. Everything else is great!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool was fun. The hotel was in a great area to shop and dine. My limited Spanish was not a problem for communication. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a fantastic job of cleaning our room after my granddaughter was sick. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were exceptional - one time our 9yo daughter went down to get krispie kreme (there's one right outside the hotel lobby) and the hotel staff checked on her, stayed with her and came up with her. That was very kind of them! We also liked that the hotel was pet friendly and allowed our puppy to go everywhere with us in the hotel. Its location, being in a mall, was fantastic; we could just have dinner downstairs whenever wanted.

The staff is wonderful, special shoutout to Roberto from the restaurant! The breakfast is amazing, so is the service. We ended up coming back for 2 extra nights, since the service and the staff was incredible. Loved the gym too, the view from the room, everything! Ana, the receptionist, was helpful too! Gracias a todos!

The junior suite was larger than expected and allowed us to spread out. and relax in style after a busy week. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even providing us with food at 4am, and resolving all our issues very quickly. The welcome platter was unexpected and was a superb touch by the hotel. The bathroom in general was spacious, clean and very sleek. The bath robes were comfortable. Location was really good and our view of the city was exquisite.

We didn't get to use the hotel facilities.

How clean and comfortable it was. Also the convenience of being close to everything.

The only inconvenience was the self parking. The concierge needed to validate every time and once we were already driving out validating was done I correctly and it took us over 40 minutes to get out of the parking lot because we need to duplicate the ticket.

Room was big and bathroom was spacious

There was a stain on the carpet. No hotel bar. and the parking situation was not ideal, valet seemed to be the only way and would take too long to get parked during peak hours.

The valet parking is confusing. There is a valet right in the entrance to the hotel but they do not service the hotel. They service the mall. The valet for the hotel is inside the hotel and you have to go in to find them. The hotel needs to fix this.

Great location, with a small mall nearby with shops, cinema and restaurants, also there is a supermarket just by the corner. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. We stayed in Junior Suite which we recommend a lot, it was bigger than standard room. Beautiful view on the Tangamanga park. There is also a restaurant and bar, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet a lot, we also had a dinner there but if I had to choose i think we enjoyed our breakfast more than the dinner (dinner was nice, but not exeptional, while buffet breakfast is a must!) There is a decent variety of meals served and the staff is very attentive and quick.

No negative comments whatsovever. This is the best hotel in San Luis I have stayed in.
