When you pay thought booking, they ask you to pay the same amount again at the hotel but cancel it immediately (For a deposit in case of damage most likely). According to your bank it takes between 5 days up to 30 days to return this money. So consider that if your bank take 30 days to return this money and you take a week then you can be missing 1000$/€ or more for a month until your bank return it. For my case it was 30 days but luckily i paid for only one night.

The place is really nice, Mexican decorations, everything beautiful, not only the room, but the facilities and the view. Breakfast really good and staff helpful.

The room was very cold and there was no AC/heater in the room, only a chimney, which they charged you $100 pesos ($5 USD) to turn on. Im guessing that the chimney was blocked, as we ended up having a lot of smoke coming into our room. They should invest in electric heaters.

Amazing property, we stayed in the Amanecer Cabin and it was beautiful! The Peña just in front of the Cabin. Super Comfty beds, staff was super nice and helped us order food, fixed our internet and provided extra towels. Jacuzzi worked great! Breakfast was delicious, gorditas made there!! Walking distance from town, it is steep!

There is no phone to call reception. Toiletries were limited and it is not suited for people with disabilities.

What can i say the property is a five star.The location and the views of penal de Bernal are breathtaking. The staff was amazing!!!!! They set up the razor tour The jacuzzi and the fire inside the chalet.

Great location, nice room, very comfy bed. Amazing view of Bernal from the room we were in.

If you get unlucky with loud neighbors, the otherwise serene environment may be ruined by loud noise. And the breakfast is disorganized--decent sopes, stale pan, and dirty dishes on all the tables when we came down ~hour into breakfast.

The town officials really need to fix their streets the problem was avoiding the potholes and reduced streets I would suggest using a small car in this town in general.

Because there wasn't enough water for the shower and jacuzzi. I chose that chalet because of the jacuzzi and im very disappointed it took to much time to just fill half of it there wasn't enough hot water need to improve that. I think need more safe at the stairs fo kids. But the chalet was very nice beautiful.

The chalets are gorgeous, the owners spared no expense. It is the beat craftsmanship and design you will find in Bernal. The view is breathtaking, we absolutely loved the location. I would highly recommend

As gorgeous and immaculate as the chalets are, the staff does not give the same world class vibe and need training in customer service. There is one young boy at the front who was the only person on the grounds, that we were aware of. He was security/reception/bellhop? There is little guidance, no recommendations etc. Also we were told breakfast was at 9am and waited until 9:45 before giving up and going into town. There was a woman in jeans and a sweater that was cooking breakfast but we had no idea if she was from the hotel as no one wore uniforms.

The location was fabulous, we had a great view and the room had everything we needed in it.

There was room for improvement in the linen - holes in the sheet and pillowcase, and no shower mat provided for the bathroom.
