The staff are amazing. Rodney was so polite and accommodating. Ines went above and beyond. Our car wouldn’t start. She found a mechanic for us. There is another lady that was also very nice.

The breakfast was very good. There had egg, sag, fried potatoes, sag gravy and biscuits, waffles you make yourself, bagels. This was over the course of 2 days.

Front desk staff LB was absolutely amazing! The room was more spacious than expected and it was beautiful. It was very clean in appearance and smelled CLEAN.

The trash trucks came late at night and it was loud. Indoor pool was freezing cold and our kids really wanted to swim. They went in anyway and the temp was easily 40-50 degrees range.

Room was very clean. Not just straightened up and vacuumed but clean with cleaning products, you could smell the cleanliness when you opened door. Towels and shower were spotless too.

Didn’t like the fact that there were homeless people walking parking lots asking for drinks and cigarettes. Although, the night of our stay we spoke to the police officer that was cruising the parking lot watching and protecting-so that was nice to know they are watching out for property and safety and are aware of homeless population being in area

Pool looked very nasty. Greenish-blue and most likely needed to be cleaned out immediately. Therefore I didn’t use it. But other than that, I would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect and the cleanliness was great.

The only thing was the elevator went out while I was there. They got it fixed fairly quickly. Luckily I was only in the second floor.

the room itself was good, the check in girl was very nice and the location.

coming down in the middle of the night to get something from their mini store and finding the over night guy using the restroom with the door wide open n then not even bothering to wash his hands, nasty.

The lady at the front counter when checking in was absolutely great! She was so sweet & very helpful. Kids loved the pool! Rooms were nice & a good size! The breakfast was great! Alot to pick from.

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner, but overall wasn’t bad. Body wash and conditioner were out and didn’t know it until in the shower. Refrigerator was full of standing water, I assume from the freezer compartment thawing out. Light wasn’t working over fridge and microwave area.

The staff were fantastic. I informed them that my wedding was that afternoon and I needed to stay in the hotel until later. They extended the deadline to check out to better accommodate the wedding plans.

Dislike the part of only one elevator on the property and you had to wait and the laundry area was clean but the dryer did not work well.
