This hotel is wonderful!! It's right in the center of everything and the restaurant is not only beautiful, but has wonderful food as well. I had dinner there one night and my dish was divine! My room was small but had a lovely little window through which I could view La Pena. I would highly recommend this darling hotel. My ONLY complaint is that no one speaks English. The reception ladies were darling, but again not helpful, as we didn't have language. It's entirely my fault for not speaking their language, but having a little English spoken at the desk is always nice. That said, one doesn't need much direction, as Bernal is small, and wandering the Pueblo is great fun!

The hotel is adorable and well done. The sitting areas around the property and outdoor courtyard were wonderful. The restaurant is very good. We loved all the little touches and beautiful wood work around the property and in the rooms. The coffee in the rooms for guests is excellent. And the staff is top notch! The people working at Casa Tsaya really made the experience A+.

One of the guests traveling with us (we had two rooms for two nights) thought the beds were too firm. My husband and I thought the beds were very comfy. So this is a matter of taste but thought it worth pointing out.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location in the heart of the charming town of Bernal. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful in all ways.

The owners and staff were extremely helpful. Friendly and efficient staff. Cleanliness ++++++++. Breakfasts and dinners very good.

Our room had a patio that overlooked lovely garden. We loved it! Having an excellent restaurant on site is great. The woodwork in the hotel is extraordinary.

I did not anticipate so many stairs. Recently had knee replacement, so this was a bit difficult.

No Hot Water. it's a pity for a "boutique hotel" we didn't have hot water and no water at all for two hours, on two rooms. The owner (a Northern European) was rude when I reported the incident. He did not offer anything not even a glass of wine to compensate the lack of water (and hot water) during the morning, he lacks of customer se I e and told that was not his problem s d refuse to refund some money for the rooms. Not a cheap accommodation for a room with No Hot Water.
